We just received our back pack today and it is even MORRRE beautiful in person.... its just what I expected. I bought it for my daughter who is in 1st grade. Last Year for Kinder, she got a character backpack (not Jansport) and it didn't last the whole year. So I said I should buy her a Jansport she can have it for a couple years. Thats all I carried back in High school was Jansport and it lasted me a loooong time. It is a little big for her considering shes short and very thin but it doubles as an overnight bag for her as well when shes not in school. I absolutely love it! And it shipped QUICK! It wasn't Prime eligible but it came in 3 days. So pleased with this purchase.

Love JanSport Superbreak Backpacks for smaller kids. My triplets are 5 years old and they just started Kindergarten this year. Two out of 3 of them have had this same backpack going on 2 years now. Now, the 3rd one wanted one and they are great. Not too big, not too small and won't be destroyed in 6 months because of lesser quality materials. Licensed kids backpacks are such a waste of money when you can get something like this. My son loves it. I bought iron/sew on patches for him so he can rock whatever he likes on it with the changing of his tastes and not be stuck with the same backpack every year.

If you're looking for a spunky but durable backpack, this is it! JanSport always has great quality and they've really expanded on individuality with their incredible prints and funky colors. 20 years ago, I had THIS VERY SAME backpack and LOOOOVED it because it fit my personality to a T. When it was time for my new Freshman to pick out a back pack, she chose the same exact one and loves it just the same. Reasonably priced and arrived safely and quickly. Very happy with my purchase.

So far, so good! 1. It's stylish. And because most folks buy their backpacks from Walmart or Target, my daughter rocked a one of a kind backpack to school. 2. It's durable. Looks and feels like it can withstand a heavier load than what my daughter was used to in her last grade. Perfect for the new school year. 3. Straps actually tighten and stay. A major issue we had last year with a Walmart bag was the straps. Every time I tightened them to make the bag sit higher on her back, they would loosen by the end of the day. So, no issues so far! Let's see how the school year goes.

My kids are so hard on backpacks. From the moment they start school in Kindergarten, their poor backpacks are mistreated- left in the rain, thrown on the floor, walked on. We empty them out, wash them, and they are good to go again. I got tired of buying two less expensive backpacks a year and just switched all the kids to Jansports. I haven’t regretted it a bit! My youngest is 4, the backpack is nearly as long as she is, but I know it will last her multiple years. I picked up the middle child’s backpack and was surprised to discover it was so heavy. 2 encyclopedia volumes and a pocket full of actual rocks, because of course he was walking a mile home like he was prepping for a backpacking trip. The good news is, the backpack lasted. Despite being sorely mistreated, these are sturdy backpacks that clearly have room for everything!

My mom purchased me a Jansport back pack when I was in high school back in 2001 that lasted me thru it, all or college, and even a few trips to the zoo once I got married and we had kids. This back pack is still in excellent condition. When my children started school, I purchased them the cutesy, character backpacks they wanted and replaced them pretty quickly with another one. After 5 junky back packs, I decided to order both of them their own Jansport back pack. Jansport is known for their quality, and my backpack from 18 years ago is proof of just how good they are!

I think this is a great backpack, especially for the price. As for others saying it’s flimsy, I will say that it isn’t super structured, but that’s not what I was looking for in this backpack. I bought it for my 6-year-old because it’s cute, lightweight, and a good brand. The print is really cute and my daughter loves it. I think that it’s perfect for a school kid. For an adult looking to have something more structured to protect a laptop or something, this probably isn’t the right choice. For our needs, which is toting winter gear and some school work, it’s perfect.

I love Jan sport book bags. Everything is great with this bag and I love the floral print. It was a lot more expensive than the others and one of the most wanted ones I guess. It’s very strange because when you look at it in artificial light it looks gray, but when you get it in the sunlight it’s like a greenish gray. At first I didn’t really like it ,but I’m actually OK with it now ,and I think it’s kind of cool how it changes color like that ,sort of… Jansports always great backpack no matter what

Niece loves it has lifetime warranty she’s rough w her stuff so this bag fits the bill she loves the color price was about right...zipper broke on one side but still has another zipper—as I said my niece is really rough with her stuff that’s why I got her a jansport...zipper would be covered under warranty so super!! Update—-after a month Zipper only works on one side and the warranty isn’t so easy peasy you have to submit a form and then they decide whether or not to replace kinda makes me think about all the broken jansports I have laying around but to be fair she puts a lot of books in but Jansport is meant to Last so idk....

I had a wide variety of backpacks to choose from. I knew the Jansport name so I decided upon that backpack. My next decision was one of the fabric design; I had a great number to choose from. I was happy with my decision of "butterflies." Although I have only used it a few times, it definitely is lightweight and appears to be sturdy, pretty much depending on the Jansport name. Overall, my backpack is fun to use and seems to be sturdy. I have yet to stuff it, but it looks like it could hold a light jacket and a couple of water bottles and some fruit. A good purchase!
