This tool is custom for BMW. It is a perfect fit, well crafted of strong heavy-duty steel and easy to use. I expected to pay a great deal more so this custom tool is a great value for the money.

Works on 2003 BMW E39 540i

Was able to use this to work 2003 BMW E39 540i. Works perfectly. Remember to orient it correctly and also the fan nut is reverse threaded - ie, clockwise to loosen.

Worth every penny

Works perfect. And such a good tool to keep around I have used it a hand full of times in the short time I've owned to to remove the clutch fan when I need to get behind it.

Got the fans off my BMW straight six's without issue

BMW 330i fan clutch tool

Before I ripped into the front of the engine someone had obviously already tried to loosen the fan clutch nut. This $19 tool works great. Thick metal. The holes could have fit better but it worked.

Worked great and saved time

Did exactly as it should and saved my knuckles.
