osoyoo is the way robots go

I bought this to configure with arduino and rpi, 1st robot with meccanum wheels. Documentation and code examples were not written by same coder. I contacted osooyoo about issue, and they agreed and graciously accepted recommendations and updating docs on website. Great product, support. And engineering

Good product, good tutorials, and excellent support

The parts seem sturdy enough. With batteries, the unit has a solid weight feel to it. Initially, during testing after the build, one wheel would not turn. I emailed tech support on Saturday evening. I got a response *late that same night*. With the info that the support person gave me, I was able to remediate the issue and I had a working car within an hour. Osoyoo tech support is incredible! Because of their support, I'm now looking at their other products, like the Osoyoo Smart Home IoT Learning Kit. -jay
