Purchased these to bake miniature crust free quiches. They came out perfectly. These are definitely non-stick.

Super easy to clean

I love these tart pans!!! I love the 3 different sizes. I made a tart with a top and bottom crust but they didn't seal properly so the juices were coming out and landing on the pan which, in the oven, got a little burnt. After I removed the tart, I washed the tart pan and all the burnt went away. Super easy to clean! I strongly recommend it
