Helped with ibs. And when I have to drive a lot for work and have had coffee and all the bathrooms are closed, life saver..

And don't already know what it does, let me help you: You eat the recommended dose and your body will close up. Anything that doesn't make the airlock gets shot into space, and then you guys hunker down until ideally maybe 1 or 2 meals later. Possibly even a whole sleep later. Drink lots of water.

This loperamide is a great alternative to the much more expensive Imodium and works just as well. It has the same dosing of 2 tablets at first then 1 tablet up to a maximum of 4 tablets per day. I recommend only using it if absolutely necessary because it will completely shut off your plumbing for a few days. It's a great relief when needed for the bigger issues. When Pepto the pink bismuth doesn't work, use the mighty green tablet. Check with your healthcare provider to confirm that it's the right choice for you.

The product works but trying to get it out of that little it just hateful. I prefer a bottle with the tablets in side.

Always good to have on hand or for travel. This is priced well.

PRODUCT WORKS GREAT BUT THE PACKAGING IS TERRIBLE TO OPEN! I HAVE TO USE SCISSORS AND STILL CAN'T GET PILL OUT.

work's just like an aspirin should

Just to answer everyone's question, loperamide is no longer available in anything higher than 24count due to the FDA passing new limitations on OTC loperamide medication. Per the new guidelines, effective October 2019, loperamide can not be sold in anything higher than 24 count and the limitations extend to the packaging of OTC loperamide, as it is a new rule that they can't be sold lose in a bottle and can only be sold in blister packs. The FDA took these measures because ever since 2010, they've been increasingly getting reports that opioid junkies looking to stave off withdrawal, have been abusing loperamide in high doses on 50-100pills or more per dose, which can lead to heart damage. Loperamide is an opioid, though, with no significant absorption from the gut and does not cross the blood–brain barrier unless used in very high doses. This folks is why loperamide is no longer available in 48 count/96 count packs or in bottles of any dose. Some places like cvs won't let you purchase more than 1 or 2 24count packages at a time.
