This light is serious amazing! Couldn’t help but open it up and dive in! I’m a first time ring light user and I cannot wait to make another video. My house has horrible lighting and it’s been a real struggle to videotape anything inside but now, I am going to making videos anytime I get the chance. If you are on the fence, dooo it!!!! You will not be disappointed. I set this up within seconds and made this. Clearly I’m still learning but am excited for what’s in store.

I wanted a really good quality ring light for my family pics and youtube videos and this 18 " ring light is perfect! It has a huge ring om it with 480 LED light beads in. It has 2 knobs on the back and 1 adjust the brightness, the other adjusts the color temp from 2700K to 5600K . The LCD screen on thr back displays the brightness and temperature level. You can also use the included remote control to adjust the color temp and the brightness. You can do all this without putting on physical color filters which I really like. There is a phone holder you can install in the middle of the ring light that holds your phone. You can also plug your phone in to thr usb port on the back of the ring light to charge it. The ring light can be powered with the inclosed power cord or 2 portable batteries which are not included. If you purchase the rechargeable batteries separately You can use the ring light on the go without electricity. And INKELTECH Ring Lights are controlled via the IR remote controller or the knob on the back of the ring. The ring light alao comes with a tripod stand which can be adjusted from 20” - 75” / 50cm - 190cm. The large zip up case carries everything and keeps it all safe and protected. Best for Photos & Videos

I am an intermediate photographer who is passionate in taking lot of pictures. I was looking to have an dimmable light to my photography collection which allows to control the brightness of the light for my photos. I am extremely satisfied with this ring light as it has options to adjust the brightness. The setup was easy enough as it was just unscrewing the screws to the stand and keep it to adjustable height and screw it back. These pictures i had taken with multiple variants of lighting (ranging from 3000K with 40% brightness to 5500K with 100% brightness of light). Some insights on ring light setup: 1. The stand and ring light are about 7' ft height after extending everything. 2. There are two power buttons to the light. After connecting the power cord, make sure to turn on the power switch on the ring light and then PRESS the power button which controls the brightness of the light. Otherwise, the light will not turn ON. 3. If the screws are tight like me(I ran into an issue where the ring light screw that attaches to the stand was very tight. I had to apply a pinch of oil to loosen the screw. Other than that, everything worked great for me.) 4. The ring light can be adjustable with another knob screw which is provided to the light. 5. The stand is sturdy enough and installation is very easy. Overall, this is an great light and worked great for my photos. I had taken very short videos with my kids using this light its is an great addition.

Super amazing!!

SUPER AMAZING!!! I am so in love with this selfie ring! It can light up a dark room as if theres a window!! I take lots of pictures especially cause i have children so i just click it on adjust to whatever setting i like and the pictures come out really nice, as if we went to a professional photographer!! It is very easy to assemble, you hold at the adjustment you want and tighten the knobs. Everything breaks down into a slim bag that is easy to store or keep it assembled in the corner! As you can see in the video there is two knobs that adjust brightness and color, one is more warm tone or cool tone. The light is off and window is also closed in the room so you could see what its like in a dark room. This is worth every penny! I so recommend buying this!

Nice Ring Light With Many Features

After doing some research I decided on this ring light. It is 18" wide in diameter which is great for beauty shots. The color temperature can be adjusted from 2700K to 5600K by turning a knob. There are yellow LEDs and white LEDs that allow the switch of color temperature. There are other ring lights that use a clip on covers (white or yellow) to change color temperature. I am not sure if I want to have a separate item to change color temperature. This unit comes with the option to use Sony NP-F type batteries, 2 batteries are needed. The batteries are widely available and I have a few of them so it'll come in handy when I need to use it cordless in outdoor situations. As far as I can find, most of the ring lights do not have this battery feature. I like the accessories that came with the unit (gooseneck phone holder, remote for taking photo with cell phone, IR remote for controlling the ring light, etc) I wish the IR remote is using bluetooth or RF because IR requires direct line of sight from the remote to the ring light so it's slightly inconvenient on where you need to be to use it. Sometimes I have trouble changing the brightness and color temperature using the remote probably due to line of sight requirement. Also it'd be nice to have a LCD screen on the remote so you can see what brightness setting or color temperature setting while changing them. It is not a deal breaker and some of other ring lights don't even have a remote control for the ring light. This is a solid unit to consider for a ring light.

This Large 18 inch Ring Light Set is exceptional. I consider myself a intermediate level as a photographer who has done photography in both my professional and personal life for 10 years, I have purchased hundreds of pieces of photography equipment included high powered hot halogen krypton and cfl lighting. While many times the only option is to purchase high quality items at an online store from nyc, I was very pleased with this set I found on amazon. Every piece in this set is constructed from high quality components and performs beautifully. The set is complete with a standard 1/4” camera mounting bracket, a 1/4” mini ball head mounting bracket and a universal cell phone bracket. I’ve had no problems attaching and detaching all of my equipment repeatedly. The little shutter was very easy to pair to my iPhone and I used it to perform a review on an air fryer. The ability to adjust the Calvin spectrum from the warm white up to the bright daylight he’s going to be great for both photos and videos. I was even able to mount my 4K digital camcorder, yes I still use a camcorder because I run out of memory on my iPhone! The set comes in a durable canvas bag and I can purchase Sony FP large batteries when I want to shoot in the field.

Buy this for professional YouTube videos

I purchased this on the recommendation of a YouTuber showing how to make better videos. I have a 4K camera I bought and I thought the quality was just terrible so I decided to not use it. I was told this should fix my issues and it definitely did. I will be starting up my channel finally using this. I can not believe it wasn't my camera and that it was only my bad lighting. Buy this if you think you can't make good videos. The quality that I've recorded lately is so professional looking that I'm ready to start as soon as I figure out how to edit properly. I love this thing. It also comes with a carrying case which I missed when I researched it. It will be stationary in my office but I'm keeping the bag if I need to remotely do a video. Great purchase in my book.

I am a beginner with taking photos but I love taking photos. I have learned over the years that the light is the most important thing. I decided to buy a few different lighting systems for different things. The Ring light is one of the lights I bought. I bought this one mainly for face lighting, as well as, family photos. This light system comes with a perfect travel bag. It fits everything in it. It comes with a heavy-duty tripod. I am so impressed how sturdy it is. The tripod can also be adjusted to different heights. The ring light itself is underestimated in its description. The actual light in person is amazing. I was shocked how good the quality is. I love that it came with both a remote control and a clicker remote. The actual remote is to adjust the settlings of the light from a distance. It has a pretty good range (batteries are included). The clicker remote is great for taking photos that you want to be in on and/or photos that you want to stage and be able to take a photo from a distance. It connects to Bluetooth very easily. They also include a piece that connects to the ring light base that holds your cell phone in place in 3 different slots that are designated for it. This was def. one of my best buys. So glad I spent the extra money and got a better-quality light! I have included photos and videos for your reference. Great ring light and FANTASTIC customer service!

Great ring light kit. Light weight but still sturdily built. Had a problem with the remote control only occasionally working...then not working, then sometimes working. Contacted the manufacturer and heard back with two hours and they immediately sent an entire replacement ring light kit at no charge and no need to return my original kit!! Replacement kit remote works much better, and includes several built in shortcut modes to a variety of lighting setups. Ring light shows 3000 - 6000 light color range, instead of listed 2700 - 5800, but I'm good with that as I like the 6000 mode. Others have mentioned problems in getting light to work with the Sony (or equivalent) battery packs. I initially had some trouble, but wiggling the battery packs a bit when installing ensures electrical contact, and my low cost non-Sony battery packs work fine. Ability to go anywhere with battery power is a huge plus with this system! So, in summary, this is a great ring light kit with bonus features that are not seen often at this price range. But, most importantly was the FANTASTIC customer service in their immediate response and replacement when I had a problem with the remote control. I will be buying more lighting products from this manufacturer because of that customer service. If you're looking for an affordable but feature rich ring light kit, but this one!!

Worth the price! High quality, very bright

the most expensive one as well.. and it is by far my favorite.! It arrived beautifully packaged, so it would make for a terrific gift... came with everything as described and looks exactly as in the advertised photo. I use this mainly for my client's makeup application, and my daughter also loves it for her YouTube channel. Overall I am very satisfied with it. First off, it's very easy to assemble and comes with a very helpful, user friendly manual. I really like the light stand that came with it, it's not bulky, but it's very sturdy at the same time.. Very high quality,!! it has a very professional look and feel to it all around.. This ring light offers advance features for users with advance needs but is still very easy to operate, and still great for beginners. Turning it on, making adjustment with the brightness and temperature is quite easy too. And boy is it powerful, Impressively BRIGHT! Professional results, at a fraction of the going price.. The LCD screen is clear, bright and easy to read. It also comes with a remote control, for those needing to be able to change the settings from a distance. This Feature totally comes in handy for my daughters videos .. I really do love that I can charge my phone while using it.. this is probably my favorite feature! Also It holds my expensive camera firmly in place as well. It feels totally safe and secure there. Also I absolutely love the high-quality, professional looking storage bag that it comes with. Overall, I think this is an awesome product. I'm quite impressed with it.. totally worth the price!
