I have big legs and they fit comfortably. Plus size woman approved.

I've had a hard time finding compression socks that don't completely cut off my circulation, but finally found a pair. I am taking a high blood pressure medicine that causes fluid to build up in my ankles. I flew from Arizona to New Orleans and walked for hours and my feet and ankles didn't swell. The socks were actually comfortable as well. My legs are tree trunks haha So normally compression socks squeeze way too tight. These were comfortable but still did their job. The one tip I would give is if you are going to be doing a lot of walking or exercise in these I would suggest wearing little ankle cotton socks underneath as when my feet started to sweat it wasn't as absorbent and got a little slippery. Overall very happy with the product.

Best and most comfortable compression socks at any price point

I work around 12-20 hours a day on my feet on concrete or steel. It’s hard and heavy labor at times and after many years it’s absolutely ruined my legs. I recently had surgery on my foot to put screws in my metatarsals after a displaced jones fracture. So getting back in the swing of using my newly reconstructed foot on top of deep vein thrombosis has been excruciating. These arrived today and there absolutely perfect. First off they’re extremely comfortable, well made, and attractive. Moments after putting them on the pain in my foot and legs instantly chilled out tremendously. The problem I had with most other brands of compression socks was the band at the calf/knee would always roll down when worn under pants but these stay put perfectly even when wearing tighter at the knee bootcut jeans. I’ve worn them for close to eight hours and usually by now I’m going crazy to get out of compression socks because they get so uncomfortable but these are so ridiculously comfortable that I may never take them off. These came to me in a day through prime so for the price this was a tremendous deal. Skip the gimmick ones you see at Walmart and other retail stores in the end cap displays promising you all sorts of nonsense. Delay the instant gratifying consumer urge and order these instead. You’ll save yourself money and a world of pain. Trust me, these are the compression socks that you need and want

My Doctor prescribed the use 20-30 mmHg compression stocking(s) to control swelling of my right leg due to a dvt & my left due to diabetes. AMAZING SOCKS! After 3 Month Search, these Socks are the BEST!!

Love Love Love these. Finally found them after. 3 month search! This is now my 10th different brand of compression socks. With such a wide range of opinions and experiences shared by others in there reviews, I want to do my part and share my reality, so you don’t make the mistakes I made. These socks are by far the best for me! To start off with, What I LOVED initially is how well packaged they were when they arrived, compared to the others I’ve purchased. Physix is a Family Owned Business, and they actually made the effort unlike the other brands by sending a warm welcome message with instructions on How to Care for your socks, Tips, and FAQs Before the socks arrived. Definitely a nice touch! I am on my feet, literally all day, and suffer from lower leg cramps and night swelling, So anything less than 20-30 mmhg wouldn’t work for me. Physix Socks tick the compression box and actually begin compression gently at the foot then I actually feel the graduated compression from the Arch to Heel, up to Ankle, then moving up to Calf. This alone sets these apart from 90% of the other brands on the market I have tried where compression is sporadic. And the beauty is they DON’T lose elasticity! The others were losing elasticity after 3 to 4 wears. They are not Bulky, but Lightweight Durable easy to Wash. Physix advertises these as 70% Nylon, 30% Spandex. They are so nice you actually forget they are on. The toe seams are actually sewed inwards and cropped on the sides so they don’t dig into your toes.

Extremely comfortable - great for recovery

I'm a pretty active person. I either play basketball, run, cycle or lift weights in some capacity everyday. I was looking around for some compression recovery socks and figured I'd give Physix a try. They happened to arrive just in time, as I strained my calf at an eveing basketball game, and got home to find my new socks waiting for me. I popped them on to go to sleep to stop the calf tear from further bruising and slept like a baby. Compression in the right places, not too tight (I ordered L and am a size 10.5M). I ended up keeping them on all the next day as well, and my calf left relatively normal only 2 days later. Having had similar injuries in the past, I'm positive the socks help limit the injury. Very stylish colors as well, I went with blue, and will be ordering others. Highly recommend!

My First 1/2 Ironman

The compression socks did what I wanted them to do... give support to my calves which I have injured in past and have had a chronic problem of strains. This was my first 1/2 Ironman... and after the 56 mile bike ride I was told that compression socks would be very hard to put on... with a little help from talcum powder they went on easy enough and felt very supportive. I ran the 13.1 miles and they performed very well... I got a podium 4th place finish in the male 64-69 age group. I am wanting to get another pair for working out as I am getting ready for my second 1/2 Ironman in September... they will be an intricate part of my triathlon gear and i think an important part of my success in triathlons.

Good quality compression sock

These socks are overall great! Got them to use towards the end of my pregnancy when my feet started swelling. One improvement that I think could be made would be to have extra tightening panels around the arch of the foot to help with compression, as right now the bulk of compression comes from the tight panels from above the ankle up to the calf. Maybe for other people that doesn’t matter so much, but I tried another pair of compression socks that actually had that panel and prefer them over these because of that. Good quality sock though, still happy with my purchase and they definitely help!

Prenatal Dream

Highly recommended. I am currently 8 months pregnant and wear these beauties every single day. I could only afford one pair on our budget, but I come home from work, take them off, wash them, and hang them to dry for the next day. I never knew how painful the swelling in my legs and feet could be until recently, and these socks were a complete game changer. I stand for over 9 hours a day at work, so I can't begin to explain how badly my legs and feet ached. I have a picture of what my feet looked like with(right) and without using the socks(left). The difference is tremendous!!

Great product i bought 14 pairs.

I broke my fibular and had surgery to fix my ankle and i have had swelling issues and i turned to some help with compression socks. Over all i have tried 3 different brands the physix are the best so far but more expensive the Y health fit are a good price but not as comfortable and then there are the crucial socks that just don't quite foot the bill. I have tried some other products as well like the short socks but for my issue they are not a solution.

If your feet or calfs are achy or swell up during day you need these socks!

Ordered 3 pairs , had foot surgery and the swelling from working felt like if you poked my leg it would explode. Wore these socks 2 days , feet and calfs feel the best they have in months . Will have to order more .
