There’s nothing to dislike about this product & everything to love about it. On the front of each bag it lists the “Location” in which the coffee beans were cultivated, “Altitude” in which they were grown, “Varietals”, “Process” in which they were handled, “Drying”, “Harvest” timeframe from the month it was planted to when it was picked, & when it was “Exported”. See pictures for details on each bag that comes inside the box. We use a popcorn maker to roast the beans, use a Coffeemate grinder, a Black+Decker Electric Teapot, & then an AeroPress Go to brew a perfect cup every time.

Great sample for beginner roasters or the experienced roaster looking to experiment in new methods or tastes. I have ordered this item three times now and have not had any trouble with stones or insect damaged beans. I have been very pleased with the company and the product. Still a novice at roasting this has been excellent premium quality bean to learn on and not have pebble or stone or other contaminates in the batch. The taste, when roasted properly, is also very representative of the region according to taste comments for the ultra snooty coffee connoisseur. I jus tlike a good cup of coffee. Good product, good packaging for use or gift presentation. Very pleased and highly recommended.

Great quality. I usually examine beans before roasting. I've roasted two butches (60-75g each) of four different beans so far and I have not found defective beans at all! The quality of beans is outstanding. I like my coffee beans dark roast and drink black. Each coffee has well-balanced flavor and I'm enjoying every single cup :)

I had never roasted before, but being a coffee lover was excited to try it for myself. These beans were a gift along with a roaster for Christmas. My wife and I are very particular about how we like our coffee, and to our surprise and utter delight absolutely loved the smell flavor and taste of these roasted beans. I do need to refine my roasting skills, but we couldn't be happier. I have since purchased another 4lb. sampler and started roasting. It is fun to turn others onto some coffee from these beans. It's like watching someone eating ice cream for the first time. I will certainly be purchasing more beans from Martini on a regular basis.

This was a nice selection of high-quality coffee samples from various countries. We particularly liked the Ethiopian and Columbia Supremo.

Fast service package nicely only tried the one from Costa Rica and it's very good can't wait to try the rest

I have started roasting my own coffee in my air roaster, and I liked the variety I could choose from here. The Ethiopian beans made for a nice cold brew, and I always like Guatemalan. The Costa Rican has been smooth, and the Colombian is not my favorite (but not bad). About $9 a pound is a little high to me, but I think the quality of the beans is good and they roasted well.

The Guatemalan was wonderful and the best of the sampler. All of them came perfectly packaged and were fresh. I loved the Costa Richmond also. The flavor of all 4 were superb but I had to practice with the Ethiopian since I had not roasted it before.

I had never roasted my own coffee beans before so, it was a fun experience. I have only tried the Costa Rica Tarrazu so far but it was very tasty. I stirred the beans constantly in my iron skillet for about 13 minutes and they were nicely roasted.

I cannot give a review about flavor as I’m learning how to roast coffee and the learning curve is bigger than I anticipated. Wish me luck!
