No BS, it really works

I had low expectations since I've seen cheap "microscopes" before. However this one really works and the image quality is good. I've included a shot of a 5 dollar bill, the microprinting on that is about 0.2mm tall. Also Abe Lincoln's beard on a penny. That's a close as you can get with the camera pressed right down on the subject. However it also focuses up at higher distances just fine for a wider view. There's a small amount of video lag so I don't think you'd want to do any real time work under it, although you could use it to solder in a pinch. I have a magnifying headset that's better for that if you think you might want to solder I recommend that. But for digital images this little guy packs a punch!

Excellent product for the price

This is the second usb microscope I Have purchased, this one is a better build Quality than my previous one, I have used it to examine circuit boards with great effect , found a very small beetle that had died on my windowsill, and under the microscope you could see very tiny mites eating the remains, Yuck !! I have left the reviewing this microscope for several months to fully tested it and am very happy with my purchase, would fully recommend.

Good quality

It is a cool gadget to have.But have to be very stable to get a clear image tho. I like the fact it can be hung on its base for added stability. The magnification on it is pretty decent, you get what you pay for. I absolutely love it! It’s used to observe rocks, plants, & insects. It's worth it and it's very portable and compact so you don't have to find a place to keep it safe! I highly recommend

This is fun!

I always wanted a microscope when I was a kid, but I never quite had the opportunity to get one. This is a more fun version anyway; rather than a stationary unit with slides, you can take this anywhere. It does require some steadiness to focus in, but the provided stand helps with that. You can connect it to your PC and see the view on the monitor, or connect with wifi to your phone and truly go portable with the built-in rechargeable battery. The picture I'm including is a closeup of my pants! My kids and I are going to have a lot of fun with this.

Real microscope.

This microscope is for looking at close ups of items in good quality. It works with my android phone and tablet, also with my computer via USB (included). It can take pictures or HD 1080p videos and share them. The microscope can be connected and controlled on your device by it's app. I personally like looking at crystals, shells, my birthmarks up close, etc.

Love it!

This little thing is amazing, especially for the price you pay! The picture quality is astounding. I found it so much easier to hold it rather than use the stand though. The stand was kind of flimsy and would move around when trying to adjust the picture. I highly recommend this if you’re interested in close up pictures and viewing. I would definitely buy again!

What a great portable microscope

Using this microscope to see the places that I cannot see which can make easier for me to clean up my room! I use it to see my floor gap which I see so many dirty stuff which I can use my vacuum to clean it up.

Great buy

Really neat device. I'm very happy with the stand because it is very strong and keeps the device stable. You can record or take pictures of what you are seeing. It is extremely easy to setup and use. Don't expect to see microorganisms with this thing, but Extreme close-ups look amazing. It definitely deserves 5 stars. Good value for what you get

Good to use once in a while

I like this microscope and it works great. Connects to my iPhone and my laptop Set up is easy This is not a professional microscope. This is for someone who just needs to use one here or there, the picture quality could be better. For the price it’s a good item. If you need a microscope to use all the time this is not it.

WOW!!

Amazing product, You will see the smallest fibers to the smallest crack on a US coin without a struggle....the device is easy to focus...(manual), the software (so far) is easy, but requires a purchase option...no need when you have to click keep using demo option, and your set to continue. Nice little case comes, very sturdy, with no worry of the Microscope breaking while inside, ( unless you run over it with a car), but in saying all that, This is a well worth the purchase and highly recommend it!!
