Easy setup!

This is awesome! I have a Samsung Smart TV (without Bluetooth tho) and I had a hard time finding Bluetooth adapters that were compatible but this one is and is was SO easy to set up! Highly recommend. Watching tv while I run is so much nicer now... I can actually hear the tv over the treadmill via headphones.

It works for a long range

As the headline states the range is what I bought it for. I wanted it to reach my bedroom upstairs and it does a fine job of that. I have rain and thunder recorded on my computer which is to large to put on a CD so I use the transmitter to send the sound up to a bluetooth speaker. I like listening to the sound while falling asleep. Of course I use it for listening to music and it is great. I don`t know what else to say except I am very satisfied with it and really glad I bought it.

Impressive noise free sound.

It took a few minutes to pair with my Sony headphones. It reconnects sometimes instantly and sometimes a small delay. The sound quality is excellent. No hissing or buzzing. The range is pretty good too. I can walk all over my house and still hear it clear without any dropout. I use both inputs on the unit, 1 from cable box and 1 from blu-ray player. Works perfect for my setup. Very happy with this unit!

Great Tech for Dummies (Easy and Straightforward)!

PRIOR to purchasing these, I'd been using an infrared wireless headphone setup to listen to a television (in my garage/through a window) while in my outside hot tub. However, the radio frequency sound would often fade in and out. I decided to get "new" technology in the way of a Bluetooth transmitter or some type of dongle and came across this item. The two main reasons I purchased it were a good value for the money and because it was a rare BT item that didn't require batteries. I LOVE that it gets power ONLY from USB or (in my case/use) standard AC plug power. I hate worrying about batteries. In any event, I just opened the box, and plugged in the cord, hooked it up to another TV's headphone output (in my guest room), pressed both pairing buttons and in a few seconds, they were paired. Best of all, I then walked about 50 feet away inside my house, and I didn't get any fade-out until I got deep into a corner in my breakfast nook (4+ walls away). So obviously this was going to work perfectly through my garage window 6 feet away. The single "con" I have is that this is NOT a dongle, that is, a very small piece of equipment; it is 3"x3" sq. x1" (high) w/2 small antennas so can be easily seen. Of course I just tried it for the first time a few minutes ago, so my review is resultant of that -- this is not a review made one year after initial use. STILL, because of it's absolute ease of setup and operation, and great unwavering sound as advertised, this is unequivocally a stellar buy and I would unhesitatingly recommend it to anybody with similar or their own needs.

Has great potential!

As you know, I have ordered four of the bluetooth transmitters so far. I picked it from several, and no need to try another. I have two older friends who could not hear their televisions clearly. Both use hearing aids. I got the transmitters, which also have optical input, to try. I have a JBL Clip 2 bluetooth speaker and used it on the first TV just to see how easy it was to use. My friend, now 97, heard the sound from the small speaker and got a big grin and said she could hear it clearly. This from a 49 inch Samsung TV via the blue tooth transmitter. I had concern that it would be too complicated to operate...pairing, on and off, etc. This device gets it’s power from the TV’s USB port, and the default is ON, so everytime the TV is turned on the transmitter comes to life and waits for the JBL Clip two to turn on, and it pairs automatically. It’s almost fool proof. The sound is very clear. I expected to be buying and trying different earbuds and headphones, but not at all necessary. I bought the second transmitter for another friend’s TV, 92, and he also can now hear TV clearly using a JBL Clip 3! The latest two I ordered were for myself and another friend. It’s great late night to have that little speaker turned down very low, but extremely clear. I don’t know why it is so much clearer that the TV’s built in speakers. Anyway, excellent. I think it will support two bluetooth speakers/headphones/earbuds.

Great Product, Worth the price

Well, I have mine. It's easy to pair & hold pairing. I can listed to my tv all over the house... I plugged the unit in, powered it up, hit pair on my earbuds and it instanty paired. Sound Quality is very good.

Very Nice

I was looking for a Bluetooth Transmitter that would work both with the Home Entertainment System and the Computer. Surprisingly found to be very responsive to both systems, and in a large house with a large living room, I was very pleasantly surprised. Yes id does have a range and yes at one end to the other end of my house, expect to lose single. Paired with my JLAB Neck Band BT to this transmitter works like it should. Sometimes it will have some static when starting to repair with head set. I found to resolve that ,is to restart the transmitter, if that doesn't resolve it, I have restarted my BT headset and that resolves all the static problems. I have found that the price is very good for what one may think might handle or deliver the performance but it can. I have already told all my friends and family to consider this Bluetooth Transmitter. Works as intended and it is worth the money.

Very Long Range -- Excellent BT Audio Quality

BT transmitter with the longest range I've ever tested in similar devices including iPhones/iPads, etc. Range is 2x-3x any smartphone and 1x-2x other similar devices. I'm presently testing five of these transmitter/receivers and this unit surpasses them all in range. In a three story townhouse it easily covers all floors when it's on the bottom level -- can't be matched by any other tested device. It's about the size of current version of Apple TV with two adjustable antennas. Instructions are in understandable English unlike most Chinese transmitters/receivers. Setup and device pairing take a couple minutes. Re-pairing occurs automatically when both the receiving device (headphones) and transmitter are turned on at the same time. A big round push button with a circular LED ring on top of the unit provides visible operational status and makes it easy to turn the unit on/off, pair, and check pairing status. All buttons require a good push to engage. Bose, Sony, Sennheiser, and other BT headphones paired almost instantly. Audio quality is equal to or better than every other BT transmitter I've tested. That is to say it's very good. Connected to a TV from the TV's optical output results in no detectable latency or delay. The transmitter will pair to two different headphones and play to both simultaneously. This is done by selecting buttons located on the top of the unit. I tested this with Bose QC-35s and Bose QC-25s. Audio quality was excellent playing to both headphones at the same time. I detected no stuttering, dropouts, or other potential issues driving two headphones simultaneously. In all tests audio quality was quite respectable -- no hiss, distortion, dropouts, stuttering or adverse audio effects were noted. One downside is that It doesn't have a volume control so having a volume control on your headphones or earphones is helpful. BT earphones with no volume control play at one level which is quite listenable. If you need only a BT transmitter (it's not a receiver) with extreme range, very good audio to one or two headphones simultaneously, and low or no latency video playback put this device on your short list.

Easy to pair n works well

This device works pretty well. It is easy to use. The pairing goes with many devices. We use it with out tv and dont have any problem. It has a wide range thats is why I bought it. Pretty happy with it.

Surprising Range

Wasn't sure what to expect but, I wanted to used my bluetooth earwear, BT buds, BT headphones, and other BT listening devices, and ditch my Sennnehiser RF headphones. HA! Wearing my BT buds moving around the house. Basement, far corner room, front porch, back porch, I'm moving at least 50ft away from the Mii BT Transmitter. One button pairing, easy to use. So far so good!
