Great item at a great price

For the purpose of this review, I secured a large piece of luggage to the top of our family vehicle with the 2 tie straps I recently purchased. The length was more than enough, and the security was very tight and did not give way no matter how tight I attempted to crank it. I checked it several hours in when we pulled into a rest stop, and it was still very tight and secure. I was very happy with how secure the straps stayed throughout the trip. Overall though, I'd highly recommend these straps!

Surprisingly good quality

These straps have worked out great. The rubber patch keeps them from scratching anything under the buckle. My old straps were too soft and were hard to feed through the buckle and had a tendency to bunch up when pulling them through. No problems with these. They are stiff enough to feed through easily and stay flat as you are pulling them through. Would definitely recommend.

Pretty good tie down strap

We bought these straps to use not only as kayak straps but to also use to strap down a small two man boat. These straps seem to work just fine when we're tootling back and forth to our local lakes. I like the protective pad that keeps your car safe from scratches and scuffs and the materials used seem to be of high quality and are put together well even though they are pretty light weight. Overall, these are great straps for the price.

Easy on and off but hold items tight

I bought these because I wanted something quick and simple when I didn't need to use my heavy duty ratchet straps for moving heaving items like ATV's, motorcycles, etc... I wouldn't recommend using these for that purpose. These are great for quick things that need to be strapped down like a tarp over a pickup bead or around a BBQ cover so it doesn't blow off. For the price, you get four straps that are very easy to use,cost effective, fast to set up.

Perfect for kayaks

I purchased the tie down straps to hang my kayaks from the ceiling of our garage. They met my requirements for strength and ease of use. A lot of options I considered had ratchet connections and S hooks. The ratchets were overkill and were more difficult to adjust to the length I required. Just the tie down strap over a ceiling 2 X 4 and the end of the strap through buckle that held tight worked perfectly. I was surprised and pleased at the price.

Amazing and the super easy to use

I keep these handy tie down straps in my truck of the car. Works much better than rope or twine that you get from the store to try and use for holding stuff on the roof or in an open trunk lid. The 16 ft length is amazing and the super easy holding lock mechanism is a breeze to tighten and open when you get to your destination. Works much better than those metal ones that you have to fight with to latch and release.

Simple and Strong

I use these straps to secure my new Kayak to my vehicle roof top so I can transport it to my favorite fishing hole. Great for securing kayaks

These work great securing our kayaks. Easy to put on with a smooth cam action. The padded portion over the cam buckle works well.

Perfect!

I bought these straps to tie down (2) kayaks on J-Racks on top of my 4 door sedan. Prior to purchasing I was using ratchet straps, which was a huge hassle since I had to find somewhere to attach hooks at both ends of each strap and try and find a place the ratchet part wouldn't bang and scratch the roof of my car (unsuccessful). My life just got allot easier! Thank you.

Best cargo straps

By far the best straps we own now and we own a lot! We always reach for these first now. We love the padded part that rests against the levers to protect the truck or the contents you are securing in the bed of the truck. The are definitely sturdy and will be buying again. Thanks.
