idk if they do what they claim to, but they don't taste bad
I got these because I reach for cigarettes when I'm stressed on occasion and then struggle to quit, so I thought having a smoke in my house without nicotine in it would help me cut down to one every so often. They claim the different herbs make you feel different, but I haven't noticed any mood or energy changes from smoking these. They did help me curb the craving though, so I guess they were a success. They taste a little sweet, smell like a normal cigarette, and crackle a little. I can't imagine these are healthier for you than actual cigs. Their just not addictive.

Quitting. Trigger solution
I quit 9 years of smoking by vaping. After being hospitalized I quit them both! I got these for when my nicotine cravings get really bad. I can still “smoke” something but the main thing is that there is no nicotine. I limit my use of these because it’s still unhealthy to inhale smoke but it’s a great tool for those moments you are about to slip. The taste isn’t unpleasant and the smell isn’t as offensive as cigarette smoke. If you go to a bar or somewhere you know others smoking will trigger you To ask for a cigarette... these are a GREAT. Once you get past 72 hours and your nicotine free it’s just the idea you miss!
