What can I say? I have allergies year round, creating excess mucus and coughing daily. Constantly clearing my throat, nose stuffy, etc. This is absolutely amazing stuff! I take 1 in the morning and 1 before bedtime which helps me with my breathing at night and during the day as well, relieving all stuffiness and coughing and mucus as well.
