desktop 'enhanced'!

My plan was to begin using SKYPE, without having to use my wife's Laptop. After researching 'what I needed' & 'how to use a new toy', I decided on this particular Webcam, due to price & features. With quick delivery, I was surprise at how small the package was. I was able to attach it on top of my monitor (it also comes with a small tripod); the cord is quite long, so no problem there, and plugged it into a USB port. It uses a wide angle lens, &, has a nice feature of a 'flip-up' lens cover (a little extra security). And, each time I've used it, it's worked absolutely great! (on Zoom meetings & Skype) Plus, my wife appreciates my not barging into her "laptop time". Thank you

Perfect buy! Easy to set up

Received it the following day which was perfect!! Wanted a new web cam because I just recently started taking a lot of video of my crafts and wanted this for when I go live. So easy to set up you really don’t need the instructions. I live the fact that you can Set this camera up how ever you want at different angles. You can set up on you laptop like normal or you can set it up on the mini tripod it comes with or even just set it on top of a table or something. You just plug in USB you don’t need to install any software, just plug it in and go live. My favorite thing is it comes with a little cover for privacy. I always get scared if I accidentally went live or something so I like that you can cover the camer when you are not using it. Perfect buy!

Hi folks, I got this camera a week ago since my old laptop's internal camera was like 0.3 megapixels and the video image it was recording was just terrible. So I decided to come here and get some nice camera for a good value. Reviews were different, good and bad... And guess what? I've got it, hook it up to my desktop computer (just on the top of the monitor), the good thing is a plug and play out of the box for windows 10 and I was surprised about the picture quality. It's just awesome! I really love it. So clean and crisp. I'm using this web camera on a daily basis for my work (remotely now lol). It works with all apps I've tried it, Webex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting, you name it, works with all apps just fine. All people on the other end of the call immediately mentioned that the quality of my video calls greatly improved. It also has a built-in microphone, so you don't have to worry about getting an additional one. The USB cord of the camera is pretty long. It helped me a lot since my desktop computer's case sits next to my desk on the floor. The camera has a pretty good engineered holder, so you can attach it to practically any possible monitor, but even in case if not, it comes with a mini tripod, which you can attach to the camera's holder. Oh, another very important future that the camera comes with a mechanical privacy shutter, which you can close when the camera is not in use. Overall great value and quality for the price. Absolutely recommend if you are having daily video calls, meetings or just web chats.

I don't look like in a 70's classic movie when I'm talking online with my friends and colleagues like the way I did with that last cam I just threw away. I'm so excited and it cam like THE NEXT DAY!! YES! I don't like the tripod though, it's not tall enough and it's all flimsy, but I ain't worried about that. I'll just order another tripod. Not a big deal. Thank you Sellerrrrrrrr. Easy Install, good quality video and audio for meetings

At the time I purchased the webcam, I was reluctant because there were no reviews. Due to the urgent need working from home these days, I bought the camera anyways. The tripod and privacy shutter also made it easier for me to decide to just purchase the item anyway. Very glad I did. I just plugged to the USB port, and that was all there was to it. Also, the camera was already mounted to the tripod, so all I needed to do was adjust the legs and stand 'em on my desk. Easy.

Really nice Camera, I like it a lot

This camera comes with a little "flexible" tripod. The tripod can sit on a desk or the tripod can be flexed and manipulated to fit over your monitor if you want it there temporarily. Or the tripod can be removed so you can mount over your monitor more permanently. The picture is great. The camera can pivot up and down to aim the way you need. The cover to the camera lens is not "pre installed" it is something you have to mount yourself. It has double sided tape and you line it up over the lens. But I love that I can cover the camera when I want and only open it when I want. I usually leave the camera unplugged from my computer when not in use and installing and turning it off is just a matter of plugging it in the usb and unplugging. No software.

Good quality

Exactly what I needed. My daughter is playing around with videos and we needed a webcam. I am not tech savvy at all! This fit the bill perfectly. It was so easy to hookup and connect. We like the tripod style so it can be moved around and adjusted. The sound and video are very nice. Due to the current pandemic we have also found it works seamlessly with zoom and other apps as well. The most important part I like is the ability to unplug it when not in use. I prefer being in control of knowing when it's in use.

Overall, for the price, this camera is great

Aside from the shipping envelope, the webcam came with very minimal packaging, making it more environmentally friendly and easy to store again if you plan on moving. The webcam literally is "plug and play". The only additional set up work you'd have to do is manually focus the lens by rotating it. I used my computer's camera program that was already installed to test the product out. The camera itself has two ways in which you can mount it. It has a threaded base so that you can mount it on a tripod, and the second way you can mount it is the base unfolds and you can clamp it to your monitor. The added bonus of privacy is a welcome addition, so you can flip it closed to maintain the privacy or want to make sure that your video isn't on during a call. The flexible wire tripod is also fantastic as it allows you to place your camera anywhere, even on your table. Giving you so much flexibility if you want to stream from your desk or have your camera recording something else. The camera quality is great for the price. When the video is shrunken down for streaming, the image looks very clear. You can see the quality of videos in the attached images. For the low price that this webcam is offered for, I found the quality worth it. As for the audio, it sounds pretty standard for webcams. I typically use a headset or microphone to get clearer audio since using built-in audio can be easily affected by the environment. If you're planning to use it for conference calls, it will work fine. Overall, for the price, this camera is great for zoom classes, conference calls, contacting friends and family, and streaming.

This WebCam has got you looking good!

I wish I could find a better way to accurately illustrate the quality of the video this little baby produces. It is so much better than my laptop’s camera. With true 1080p quality, it rocks. It also offers a wider view then many others – 110 degrees. With the pandemic, I’ve been Zooming a lot more and like having better quality webcam video to share. It was a simple set-up with plug & play, and has a flip-down privacy cover to ensure no one can hack into my system and see anything (I had to rely on a piece of paper and some tape before). I’ve positioned the webcam on my larger monitor at “eye view” which is better than using my laptop view which looks up at me. The camera allows you to easily tilt the cam up or down to ensure the view places you exactly where you want to be positioned. It also comes with a sweet little tripod that lets me place it anywhere and a long cord. I’m very impressed and would recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their video capturing and broadcasting.
