Next Best Thing to ENT Doctor!

The M9 Pro is fantastic! I had no idea what the inside of me ear looked like. I have always been curious because I have an overproduction of ear wax and I go to ENT doctor twice a year for ear cleaning. Do not force or go deep into inner ear for cleaning until you are familiar with navigation! Drive easy and get yourself acclimated to viewing the live video on your mobile device. Search and probe the outer ear to become used to navigation. Trust me, it takes a few minutes to master. Similar to using a mirror when trimming your neck hair ... you have to untrain your eyes and brain and go in reverse fashion. If your OCD like me, you’ll become addicted to looking in your ear, nose, and teeth. Enjoy but be safe! I also scared myself when I moved an ear hair in front of the camera. When it moved on the live video I thought it was a spider’s leg. I immediately thought of that TV show where they pull a roach out of a person’s ear ... thank goodness it was a false alarm. I wish there were a little tweezer attachment so that I could remove ear hair too, lol! Size handles well and feels of quality. Video is very clear. App is very user friendly and had no bugs. Connection to mobile device very easy. Packaged nicely.

Pretty well made and easy to use product

It's a pretty amazing experience: for the first time I am able to see inside my ears! When you hold this product, you can feel it is well made. The magnet provides just right force for the cap. The setup is pretty straight forward, the app will just work when you connected the wifi emitted by bebird. Furthermore, it's a pretty neat design to store the scoop on the base. It feels much safer and more deterministic to clean ears with this product.

Ear cleaning can be fun and safe (warring: video may be disgusting)

Great product whether you are high maintenance person or not. We all need to clean our ear at one point or another. The problem with the traditional way of cleaning our ear with cotton swab is that if you are not careful you are just pushing the wax in deeper into your ear. And since you can see what you are doing it’s not the safest method. But with this new innovative product you can actually see what you are doing while cleaning so you are accurately cleaning the parts that needs cleaning avoiding any other contacts and damaging your ear tissue. If you are having any ear infection due to the way you maintain your ear, this is highly recommended. The ease of use is easier than writing a review lol. Just install the app and the app will guide you through the set up. It only take less than a minute to set it up and your ready to go. Comes with many different tip for different ear wax types and ear hole sizes. Battery life is also good and charging is simple as hooking the base to USB hub. Once your done, you would just put it back on to the base and it’ll start charging if needed. Last thing, I have a 4 year old son. When you need to clean someone’s ear, if it was your ear you can feel yourself hitting the side or going too deep and about to touch your ear drum but when doing someone else’s, you can’t feel anything so by being able to see it you have so much control and so much safer to use as a parent to clean your child’s ear. So definitely recommend if you need to clean someone else’s ear as well.

Cool way to drop clean my ears.

I purchased the A2 from this company when they were first selling through Indiegogo. Was kinda grossed out but amazed at the wax that is left on the ear after using qtips to clean. I was impressed with the camera quality and extra cleaning I was able to do. I bought this newer pro version so I have one we can use at home and the A2 I use when I am on the road. The camera quality has me amazed. Can even use it for looking at skin imperfections. Definitely worth the purchase. Makes cleaning kids ears much easier because they can watch the video on the phone as you clean.

High quality

This is absolutely mind blowing. I’ve never felt my ears this clean before. There is a camera on the tip. I can see everything inside my ears. It makes things so much easier. Just see the picture how cool this design is. I also love the color. I can see that they really put a lot of work into the design. The app is also very clean. Love everything about it.

For people with chronic wax issues it is a life saver.

I had been seeing ads on Facebook for the newest model the X17 on Facebook for a while, I was going to order it but the wait for delivery was a bit long for me. When I saw that Amazon had the next model available I ordered right away. I’ve had trouble with ear wax for my entire life and always wanted a chance at seeing and understanding it the way doctors had. I don’t know if I will ever understand it like them but I can finally see and clean my ears! I looked at some of the reviews and I was a bit worried about ease of use but honestly the tool makes it as easy as possible to navigate ones ear, it just not going to be the easiest thing you do! I can sum up my experience by saying the relief was amazing and I can hear better after using it than I could before, that was not something I could get without a specialist visit before.

Great product for ear wax checks and infections.

I have purchased several of these for myself and my kids and grandkids. They often get ear infections so it is really helpful to be able to check their ears before having to go off to the pediatrician. They are swimmers so get swimmers ear. This item is so helpful to check them myself . I actually have been swimming so had to check my ears too. Had an ear issue a few days ago and sure enough. Infected. It’s really easy to use and picture is quite clear. I like to be able to clean our any wax as well. Actually fun to use. My kids like them to to use for cleaning their and their kids ears of wax.
