GREAT KNIFE SHARPENER

I am a prep cook and this knife sharpener is perfect for fitting in my work bag. I use my knife on a daily basis for hours and my knife STAYS SHARP at least 3 days at time before I can feel a difference. GREAT SHARPENER and I don't have to worry about getting shavings everywhere.

I had an old set of Chef knives that were really overdue for sharpening. I bought this kit for a very reasonable price and within 15 minutes had them all sharp again. It's probably not quite as nice as a professional job, but for the cost I'm very happy.

Works Well

Great little sharpener. I saw some complaints about marking knives, don’t use the coarse side of metal knives. That’s for ceramic knives. The complaints I read here seem to be user error.
