These work fine

I bought these to hold my blue face mask in the place and hopefully be tight enough to not let my breath escape the top and keep fogging up my glasses. And they do that just fine. I also have soaked them in cold water and worn one around my neck while going for a bike ride.

Cotton type of material a little stretch but not much
