Great for a caffeine boost

This review is for Clif Bar Coffee Collection Cappuccino flavored minis. As soon as I opened the package, I was immediately greeted with delicious coffee smell. It tasted good, too, but this is of course assuming you like coffee AND it is important to note that this has obvious pieces of espresso beans crunched up in the bar--you can definitely taste them and feel them in your teeth. If you wouldn't like that, then these are not the bars for you. Also, I could definitely tell I was getting caffeine from it. I don't necessarily feel that way when I eat the more traditional peanut toffee buzz flavored bar. I think these will be great not only for hikes, but also for the office around 2:00 or 2:30 when I'm not sure I'm going to make it to the end of the day. Will be buying more.

Fantastic arrival and taste, even in the heat!

Looked great on arrival and taste fantastic! I personally am not a fan of the caramel flavor, but the chocolate and vanilla are amazinggg. Crunchiness is on point, and I love the caffeine addition from the espresso. You can really taste it! Definitely buying again, though I'll likely go for their dual pack with just the vanilla and chocolate.

Taste great if you like coffee.

Some of the flavors are strong and taste like chewing on coffee grounds, but I like them. Not sure why you would consider these if you dislike coffee flavor, but beware that they are strong. I drink strong and robust coffee black, so this wasn't an issue for me.

Cliff bars with a kick!

Even though they taste like you are eating coffee, man do they work! I usually enjoy hot beverages so these are perfect during the summer! I’m all about saving money, and I normally spend about $3 per cup of coffee and these average to about $1 each. It is a better deal to buy them in the pack because in the stores, a single bar can be anywhere from $2-$3. The chocolate mocha tastes the best in my opinion because it actually tastes like chocolate. I have never had these flavors so getting a variety pack to start is a safe bet and then when you know what you like, buying that flavor is the way to go. Will definitely buy again!

May I have another espresso hit?

All the espresso a growing boy/girl needs. Definitely a nice change when one doesn't feel like coffee. Roughly 250 calories per bar.

Some of the best Clif Bars

I have tried nearly every Clif Bar and had recently discovered the mini Espresso bars which I love! When I saw these flavors I jumped to order them, not even thinking they may just be reflavored existing bars with caffeine. Wow is that not the case at all. These taste distinctly different from their existing vanilla, chocolate, and caramel offerings. I highly recommend these and the mini espresso bars!

I've order the Coffee Collection - Variety Pack 3 times because they are GREAT!

Delicious!

I ordered a box of these to help keep me sane during a rigorous summer of outdoor training and finished the whole box in less than two weeks! Then, ordered two more boxes and sent them to friends to try out since I cannot find these in stores. I also really enjoyed the packaging- the topographic design makes the experience feel even more adventurous! Just one point to note, they may cause an upset stomach if eaten on an empty stomach ;)

Newest addition of flavor

I have purchased two of these locally however I was unable to find the third. I am looking forward to trying them, now that all of my other "stock" have been consumed.
