Interesting product!!!

The product is working pretty good actually. It is small but very convenient. It comes all the the accessories but one thing is that the adapter does not fit with the one in the US. However, I just use my phone adapter to charge and leave it there for a couple of minutes.

My JJ CARE hearing aid dehumidifier and sanitizer

When I first received this unit I had a Question for JJ Care. I messaged them thru Amazon at 9 pm on a Friday night. I,honestly, did not expect a reply until the following Monday. Lo and Behold when I checked me e-mail early the next morning. THERE IT WAS. THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have been using the unit nightly since I got it and it seems to be performing as advertised. Best Regards To All, Jim

It's is a good. Before covid my provider did this for me. Now I can do it myself

Very quite and a small footprint easy to use and actually does what it's supposed to do.

They clean inside for hearing aids.

Easy to use

It seems to work fine. I just received it and have used it only once. I like the choice of timing on it. I was sent the wrong adaptor, though. I need the flat pronged one for American outlets. I received the one with round prongs. Can you remedy this for me?
