Plug and play USB microscope for a very good price point

This is a good and inexpensive USB microscope for beginners and professionals who need magnified pictures of objects. I'm using this one for investigating the surface quality of 3D printed objects and it works well for my purpose. When the field of view is around 6mm x 4mm, the distance from the microscope to the object is around 10mm, and this is when the zoom dial is just a few steps above the lowest end. I'm not sure if you can reliably use the highest magnification, but this is just enough for my application. The seller is nice and they responded promptly when I sent them a message. I'd recommend this product if you want to start using an easy microscope-like instrument.

Comes with Everything You Need!!

The Microscope came with Instructions, a Carry Bag, Stand and of course the Microscope itself. Also came with the Driver CD for installing the Software on to the PC. I had to try a couple of Apps before I got the correct one for it to work on the Phone but that didn't take long at all and I'm Very Pleased with the Product!!

Very clear image

The Stand could have weight added to it to keep the camera from tipping over. Connected it to a Mac and Windows 10 no issues. Like that there is a button on the side so you can take an Instant photo. Very Happy.

You get far more than what you pay for with this scope

Update: Ive had this scope for a liitle while now. I use it almost daily to look for bugs on my plants (especially russet mites). I absolutly love this thing and cant believe I ever grew anything without it. For the price it can not beat beat. Taking pictures or video is easy and really great quality. If there was more stars on the rating this would be a 10 out of 10. I just took this little scope out of the, read directions to make it work on my android phone, plugged it in and instantly was looking at excellent quality video on my phone. I use otg view which setup perfectly and has fun functions. It came with a nice case and the dual mode usb cable is a great idea. Im very impressed with how easy this microscope is to setup and use, the picture quality, the focus feature and the light that you can dim. The stand is nice and solid too boot. If this thing breaks in a week I will still give it 5 stars for the price and everything else. I highly suggest this for anyone who needs to magnify anything. I guess Ill see how long it lasts.

overall best value digital microscope out

This was not only the cheapest i could find at the time, but they delivered 2 days early an the expected delivery time was already ahead of everyone else. But best of all is it's actually a good product that is easy to use and works great. It's a little hard to adjust the focus, especially while maintaining your exact origin of focus , but overall best value digital microscope out right now probably.

Amazing and affordable

I love this microscope is very easy to use and the magnification is great as a medical technology student I value a good microscope at an affordable price. It’s easy to carry around and you can use it with your phone or computer. I will be taking this back to campus on the fall.

This is a great product sold

This is a quality item. The pictures are sharply focused and the lights seem to difuse, not leaving any hot spots. The stand that comes with it may be too short for a lot of applications so I'd suggest you order the height adjustable stand. It's worth the small investment. When it comes to dealing with the seller, Cainda, it is a definite pleasure! I have never delt with a seller nicer or more accommodating on Amazon. Do yourself a favor and get to know these folls.

Better than the Wi-Fi models!

I had originally ordered a Wi-Fi "Microscope" from a different seller and had nothing but problems with it. I found this one and decided to get it as it was wired, and that would eliminate part of the issue with the Wi-Fi which is lag in the camera to the app. My suggestion is to grab the Android app Mscopes. I did nothing more than install this app, then plug in the camera for the first time and the app immediately found it! No fuss, no muss. The images show that they are not crystal clear, but more than clear enough for identification for things as small as cactus seeds! For the price, the quality is really good. For Windows, I am using an app called Vividia Borescopes & Microscopes.

Great for price

So worth the money. Works great with galaxy s8 active and their recommended software.
