Great Fitness Balls, Fabulous Company
This is a great ball by a FABULOUS company. It comes with everything you need, hand pump, two plugs, and a plug puller. I had it blown up in about 15 minutes. There are exercises printed around the ball which makes it great for novice users. It's VERY Strong, and I feel safe using it, which is important. doesn't collect floor debris easily. I love it for my desk chair, too. And the company, I cannot praise their customer service guarantee enough. I ordered the 55 cm ball since I am only 5'4" but once it got here, I thought I might be happier with the much larger 65cm ball. The company was great, sent me the larger one to try out so I could decide which I preferred. (65) I had the new ball in days, they continued to check right along to keep me informed and make sure I was happy. I'd give them more stars if I could!

Active Balance 65cm Fitness Ball
Another great product. Always wanted a new one and found this to be an excellent product for the price. I previously own a cheaper version from Walmart, and yes, it's much cheaper, but you do get what you pay for. The cheaper one have a very thin wall, can be easily over inflated and often time take less than a few week before it loose it spherical shape. I have this product for only a few week, but right away, you can tell that the quality is night and day. This fitness ball is made similar with the one you find at your local gym. Nice thick wall that should last for a very long time. I go to LA fitness and want to do some of the abs exercise at home. I could never tell which size i needed, but thank to the size chart, i got the 65cm one. Seem to be the perfect size. While not being use for exercise, it store next to my desk as a chair. The ball serves very well as an alternative seat, relieve back pressure. Good buy, great product back by a good company.

Great stability ball!
I received this stability ball in a small box.... box included a set of resistance bands, the ball (deflated), a hand pump, two plugs and a plug removing tool. There were no instructions in the box, and nothing linked to tha Amazon listing that I could easily find on instructions to inflate. I wasn’t certain if there was already a hole in the ball to inflate or if I had to push the plug in first to create a hole. Long story short, the hole is there. I tried inflating this by myself but I wasn’t able to hold the pump securely in the hole while pumping (sounds a little riské lol, sorry for the description) so I asked my husband for help. We took turns either using the pump or holding the ball. It took about 5 minutes if that, to fully inflate. You have to quickly remove the pump and install the plug before it deflated too much. This part can easily be done by one person. The exterior of the ball is tacky (ie:sticky but no residue) so this is superb for any type of flooring. For kicks, I used it on my hardwood floors and it didn’t slip a bit. I felt very stable and comfortable on it. It feels thin and light, but very stable. The resistance bands are a nice addition. I use these at the gym I go to, and you can make lots of exercises more challenging by using the bands. To make it even better, the bands are clearly labeled with the level of resistance so no guessing needed. I have not tried the plug remover tool. I except it would work fine and nice to have a spare plug as well. For this price point, and am very satisfied with this exercise ball. I would say the inflating mechanism is much easier if you have two people to do it. I found it difficult to do by myself. Overall though, I think it’s a terrific deal for the price and sturdy. Definitely going to enjoy using this in my routine. And the added bonus of the free ebook with additional exercises is phenomenal. Thank you Epitome for meeting the needs of the consumer!!

Makes perfect office chair
I'm 5'5" and ordered the 65cm ball to use as an office chair (and probably some core workouts too). When I'm sitting on it, it's maybe 2-3" taller than a normal 18.5" chair, just like I wanted it. It would probably suit someone to at least 5'10" or so, and would probably suit someone a bit shorter if they deflated it slightly. At first I was afraid that I'd been shipped the wrong size because it seemed small, but I just kept on filling it until it was 65cm high and now the slight give when I sit on it is perfectly comfortable at a perfect height. It's pretty firm so the used-as-chair-height probably isn't affected by the sitter's weight all that much, but for what it's worth, I'm 135lbs. When I pick up 20 lbs of weight, it feels like it depresses less than half an inch. Some people noted that it doesn't come with a stand-ring thing to use it as a chair. I don't know why you'd want one. Having my on the ground makes it plenty stable and being able to shift my position (and vaguely acknowledge the existence of my abdominal muscles) is, in my mind, the point.

If You Need To Strengthen Your Core and Rev Up Your Workout, this Active Balance Ball Fits the Bill!
I am a 75 year old woman. Generally, I walk 3 - 5 miles and tone 30 minutes with Margaret Richard 5 days a week. Despite a variety of programs, I was getting bored. I also was sometimes aggravating my lower back, and deltoids. Several years ago, I purchased a balance ball that was supposed to inflate to 65 cm. Pic #3 demonstrates the difference in size between that ball and the #65 Active Balance Ball. I'm 5 '7" tall. I was apprehensive about using the ball, because I experience a little imbalance from time-to-time. However, once I received the ball, inflated it,and reviewed the Strong Body & Strong Core e-book, I got excited. I admit it took me about 20 minutes to inflate the ball. I've been spoiled by foot pumps. I wouldn't be unhappy if they improved the pump. I also love DVD instruction. While, I reviewed the e-book, I quickly discarded it for YouTube videos. I'm amazed that I can do most exercises on the ball. I use 10 lb weights for most combo exercises.. I have not used the bands, yet. I notice that my lower back pain has improved significantly. I also feel more burn in my lower abs than with all the other programs I follow. So, yes, I recommend this product for most people, who are in good health, and seek to strength their core. I love it!

Great price for an exercise ball
I received the exercise ball and was immediately pleased with its feel. I purchased the black as I’m 6’ y’all and 170 lbs. The ball takes a little over 5 minutes to inflate by the hand pump and after that, you will be too tired to workout. So plan accordingly to have it pumped up ahead of time. When I used my air compressor I was able to pump the ball up in less the 90 seconds. It comes with an extra plug and has the removal tool as well. First week of use with the ball has shown it does seem durable as others but it does feel a little thinner. For the price and included bands and pump it is definite worth the investment.

Well rounded
I'm just under 300lbs 5'11" and I have broken a yoga ball before when I weighed much less lol. I was reluctant to put my full weight on this but after a few minutes of getting comfortable with it I was doing sit ups and back bends on the ball in no time. With everything going on with the pandemic I have cancelled my gym membership and purchased several items to continue working out at home. I never realized how tight my lower back is, I never let anyone give me a massage because it hurts, so when I just did some basic stretches the tightness almost knocked the wind out of me. After using it for a few days I feel the tightness has been alleviated a lot. As far as filling it goes, its just a simple hand pump so get ready to use a little elbow grease to fill it. The bottom line is it seems to be made very well, it helps with stretching, there are loads of workouts you can do with it, and anyone can use this as a starting point to lose weight or add it to their current routine for working out, flexibility, and back pain.

Thinking about getting a fitness ball? DO IT
Okay so first of all, I own both the Power Skip PII and the Sonic Boom speed rope from Epitomie Fitness and they are the most high quality, premium feeling jump ropes I've ever bought. No lie. So with that said, I'm only expecting this ball to be quality. And it absolutely is. -Made with a thick material, definitely feels durable -Texture coated surface, so no slipping when you get real sweaty -Even the pump they give you feels quality In all honesty, I was weirded out by how grippy the material was at first, but in use its SO helpful for staying on the ball during workouts. It definitely has more grip than all the fitness balls at the gym I go to, UFC gym. I trust Epitomie Fitness products, I love em. So with that out of the way, let me tell you about how great fitness balls are in general because OH MAN I had no idea. I always just thought fitness balls were a light easy workout, but I couldn't be more wrong. Its CHALLENGING. The correctional movement necessary to remain balanced on the ball forces your smaller stabilizer muscles to engage, which don't get used as much during conventional exercise. I'm already feeling the shred after a weeks use, I can't wait to see further results. Finding out how effective jump rope was as a total body workout was mind blowing, but fitness balls are on that same level of multi-functional versatility. Let me just list some of the benefits, -Improve core stability -Improve proprioception (that one's a fun one if you want to look into it haha) -Improve spinal/back health -Improve flexibility And the list goes on, along with all the different ways you can use a fitness ball that I didn't even think of. You'll need to search for yourself, but plenty resources on YouTube to get workouts from. And honestly these are fun exercises that not only keep you physically stimulated, but mentally as well as you try to maintain balance! Give a fitness ball a try, I think you'll like it more than you think. :)

Great exercise ball. Leagues better than what I've tried before.
Packaging: The packaging is a nice and simple box. Fits everything comfortably when getting from point A to point B. Durability: The material that the exercise ball is made out of is thick and seems to be extremely durable in comparison to the exercise balls I have had in the past. I am able to use this without worry of it popping. User Experience: Pumping the ball is self explanatory. Inflating it to the proper size for use then you press in one of the plastic pins included in the box. (The box comes with 2 pins to keep the air inside and remover in order to deflate after use. The ball works great for activating the core with planks and for incline push-ups. The exercise ball comes with a set of 3 resistance bands which is a nice extra. Critiques: I would like an included material bag for travel and storage but nothing really to mention about the product itself. Its an exercise ball and a good one.

Easy on my back...
Love the ball! I have scoliosis and can actually do an abdominal workout with neck and back pain. It's amazing! I started to get a good burn in my abs after only 30 reps of abdominal curls. I'm slowly taking on each exercise one at a time and only have to spin the ball to find one since they're printed right on it. I also use this ball just for sitting in the living and love to bounce while I'm watching TV. It relieves the pressure the chair places on my hips. I'm going to buy the chair base to replace my office chair as well. I didn't have the same issue with the pump as others did. I found it to be adequate and was able to pump my ball up easily. I'm happy I bought it but now I want stability base and resistance bands too!
