The shipping was handled by Amazon and dropped the ball on shipping deadlines buy buying this item during the COVID-19 crisis may have affected that. That being said, the item is just as described! Full metal construction, the arm is highly adjustable and allows for any positioning. I've gotten great compliments on the sound quality of my voice while using the microphone. The microphone comes with a one-year warranty and a sticker with contact information. Not sure what the warranty covers but a nice additional feature nonetheless. Overall: sturdy construction, fast shipping/handling time, packaged well, sounds great! P.S. I use the mic for gaming and broadcasting purposes. No review for using it to record music.

Great Mic- Great Price - Great Service

I must say, that when i saw the price of this USB mic, I didn't expect much, but figured if I didn't like, I would return it. WOW, was I surprised. This thing sounds GREAT!!! I don't hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a home studio mic. I'm not a gamer, but I'm sure that it's great for that too.

If you’re starting out-this product is super easy to setup & use!

I’m a dinosaur so this is all new to me, after doing research my brain was fried! I ended up giving my hard earned money to ThreeDucksDirect because of the reasonable pricing. My item was packed carefully with minimum “waste” packing in a sleek box exactly when it was promised. It was super easy to set up & immediately use! I was surprised with the quality! I naturally talk really loud & was nervous how my voice would translate but turns out, this setup was exactly what I needed! Gracias! Simple and very effective.

I was looking for a microphone that could help me stream my gaming. I was short of money and time and I found this product. I have to say that I am NOT disappointed with my purchase. It is very easy to assemble and even easier to connect and it doesn't take a lot of space. Also, I am not tech-savvy when it comes to mics so this product is very good to start learning with. My followers on TWITCH said they love it and they can hear me correctly so I have no complaints.

Quality product for a fraction of the cost!

I purchased this set as a replacement to my old equipment. Although I was skeptical because of the price point (much less expensive than competing products), I was not disappointed once I received it! I do professional voice over work and the quality of the sound from this device was AMAZING! Crisp, clean and clear! Do not hesitate to buy. Great product! Great price! Great customer service!

I really liked the product and i'm very satisfied with the product currently!The mic isn't oustanding or super bad but it's what you would expect from a microphone of the price point.I would recommend this mic for anyone that just needs a handy mic the play with friends or start out a youtube channel but wouldn't recommend for professional grade things not that you would come to this mic for that anyways.Overall the mic arm and every accessory doesn't feel overly plasticy or cheap instead feeling more like you spent over $100 on it for a budget mic and no issues with the product itself after using it almost everyday for 2 months and is a absolute recommend for everyone who wants to start out on something that requires a mic but doesn't want to spend too much money on it. Edit:Honestly 5 montbs later, I had with a problem with the mic arm and within 5 hours I contacted and received better service than what a big company provided me with.I was provided a replacement and great service!Still definitely a reccomend for the price!

Works great for chatting

So far so good. Picked this up for my daughters so they can do video chats with their class and possibly use for streaming down the road. Very easy to set up, all USB plug n play. Use your windows settings per the instructions to fine tune it. After a few minutes figuring out where to set the volume and echo it was off and running great. Sounds good for general chat with no noticeable feedback or squelch. I will update when I use this for streaming.
