• Soft & flexible - If a menstrual cup was a yogi, this would be it! The Saalt Soft is made with an ultra-soft silicone formula designed to be both gentle and super comfortable for those with bladder sensitivity, cramping or discomfort with firmer cups.
  • Designed by experts - The Saalt Soft was designed in collaboration with the cup experts at Put A Cup In It, who have helped over a million menstruators find their perfect menstrual cup. Together, we created a cup that would combine that “just right” Saalt shape with a new, softer firmness that is ideal for those with sensitivities.
  • Premier soft cup - Saalt Soft’s velvety soft finish, rounded transitions, and proprietary bulb shape makes it easy to insert and open, ensuring a seal so comfortable that you forget it's there. It also means you have a consistent leak free and odor free period. The indented stem is the most flexible and comfortable on the market. No abrasive ridges to irritate your skin.
  • Natural grey prevents discoloration - Designed with precision even to the finer details, like the beautiful translucent grey color that helps hide stains. Made in the USA with 100% medical-grade silicone.
  • Saalt Gives - For every purchase, Saalt helps provide improved period care and educational opportunities to women and girls in need.

I struggled with the Dive Cup, size 2, though upon first glance it should be perfect for me. This, though, was a dream after an online quiz recommended this brand as a better option. I have a more shallow and titled uterus, which caused constant discomfort and leaking with Diva 2, even though I am in my 30s, have delivered 3 times, and have an average flow. Saalt stays in place, even while I use the bathroom—something I could not do with Diva—and also does not leak! So comfortable for both sleep and active workouts, too!

These cups are terrific. Why was this option never taught to girls in heath class? Why is this not a common option in the feminine hygiene aisle? I just started using the Saalt soft and I am giving away all my tampons. I am an older woman with 3 children. I was able to insert on the first try. It was comfortable and didn't leak. Removal was not the terrifying fumbling most people say it is. Day 2 of cycle I felt more confident. Did not go in as easily in the morning. It took me 3 tries to get it in the right place so it was comfortable. After that, worn all day with no worries. There is no guessing what size tampon to use. I hate pulling out a dry tampon. I'm sure that can't be good for your delicate lady parts. All this takes is practice and a certain level of familiarity with your body. Be patient with yourself and know that this switch is the right thing to do for your health and the environment.

I have two menstrual cups in my photos. The pink one is my generic brand cup, the grey one is my saalt cup. I had a hard time selecting a cup due to the lack of information I was able to find about which one would be best for my body type. Here is what I learned: The pink generic cup has been in use for a month (straight. Birth control am I right?) I bought the large size most companies told me to for being a postpartum (14 months), vaginal birth mother. I have a petite figure, so this pink cup was large and clunky. It was hard to get it to seal because of the stiff rubber, and once it completely flipped upside down because I couldn't get it to fit right (so weird). Speaking of stiff rubber I had to trim the "tail" which would occasionally stab at me and was just flat out uncomfortable and sometimes painful, even after being trimmed. But when it did get a good seal it worked fine minus the occasional leakage. I think most of this was due to the size but the material definitely wasn't my favorite either. Compare that to the Saalt brand cup (grey) I just started using. The rubber is much more flexible and comfortable. Even the tail is flexible enough I haven't needed to trim it. It flexes and seals easily. I purchased the smaller size meant for pre-pregnancy, 16-18 year olds this time to see if I could get a better seal, and it made all the difference. So far no leakage. The quality is night and day, and I will definitely be using this one from here on out. I definitely recommend the Saalt brand because of the comfortable material and flexibility. I have also purchased their cup cleaner and it has a lovely orange smell and works great with no residue or irritation.

I originally started my cup experience with the Lena cup. It pushed against my bladder so I switched to the Lena sensitive. Even then I was uncomfortable. I gave this Saalt cup a try and i am so happy that I did!! It is the most comfortable cup I have ever tried. I no longer feel that I can’t empty my bladder. I don’t feel pressure on my badder at all. It is softer than the Lena sensitive. I love this cup!!!!! I just bought the regular size as well for heavier days. Love love love!!!

Honestly, I was a bit nervous to make this purchase because the original Saalt cup and I were anything but friends. The original is extremely hard (to me) and I could barely keep it in for an hour. I purchased the Saalt Soft because I wanted to support the women of Put a Cup in It. I'm so glad I did! Just ended my first cycle since this purchase and it was great! The softness is just right and I'll definitely be using it from here on out.

This was my first time using a menstrual cup and I’m never going back to tampons!! It was very comfortable but I did end up trimming the stem to about the last line leaving a tiny bit of silicone for gripping. I’m a mother of two with a high cervix so I ordered the larger size. Before, when I used super tampons, I’d regularly have some leaks and need a liner as backup on my heavy days. With the Saalt cup I was relatively leak free with the exception of a couple of times when the cup didn’t open all the way (that takes some practice) but if I were a pro, which I hear takes about 3 cycles of practice, I would say this cup offers leak free protection for 12 hours. I used it day and night with cleanings in between and after a full 7 days the cup never discolored. I highly recommend this product!!! P.S. If you’re new to cups I suggest watching the YouTube videos from Put A Cup In It. They’re the ones who partnered with Saalt to make the soft version.

This is my first period after 3.5 years (two back to back pregnancies and breastfeeding). I was so afraid to use tampons because let’s face it, things just feel different. A friend convinced me to try a cup and I’m so glad I did. I watched several YouTube videos with recommendations on how to use it. I felt confident going into trying this for the first time and got it on the first try! I recommend the “7-fold” for beginners. I have worn it for 24 hours now and it has completely changed my experience during my period. I can sit cross legged on the ground, squat, jump and run without worry. It’s so worth it! Plus, when you purchase a cup it helps girls and women in developing countries obtain feminine products. It’s less waste in our environment and MUCH better for our bodies. I’m so glad I made the switch.

As you can see in the picture, I bought two different cups in case I didn't like this one. (Haven't tried the other one yet). As a first time user I found it very easy to use and was able to wear it all day after getting it. I admit I had done some research before (mostly youtube testimonials) and highly recommend you do if you are planning on getting one/any cup. The cup is very soft and flexible, and I even forget I'm wearing it because it's super comfortable. It comes with a fabric pouch to store it in and some instructions to start using it and caring for it. Highly recommended.

This has been a life changer. Yeah, there’s a learning curve in the beginning. I had one major leak, but it was totally my fault and it was my heaviest day. Other than that one mishap, I really haven’t had any other issues at all. Sleeping has been the best part of buying the Saalt cup. Pads were always annoying and I had leaks all the time because I move so much in my sleep. Let me tell you, if you hate pads and wearing/taking out tampons annoys you, you’ll love this. Be warned, it is messy when emptying but with practice it’s actually pretty quick and easily manageable. Totally satisfied! 🤗

This cup is amazing! I started with the saalt small orginal firmness and it was too firm & hurt. As a new cup user I knew it was a bad idea to go with a super soft cup so I was thrilled when saalt came out with this average soft cup. It's so much more comfortable! A bit more difficult to get open but it's all in the learning curve. I cant tell its there, it's awesome. Very happy with this cup!
