why pay more?

this didn't cost much and though I've not used it for that long it seems to work fine. a pretty standard low cost ph meter and unless you are in a state of the art chemistry lab I think it would be very adequate

Good for aquarium

Can’t speak of accuracy since i have nothing to compare it to except aquarium test strips, but seems precise enough

Meters work well !

Purchased them to monitor my beer brewing. The TDS meter closely reads to what the meters we got with our Zero Water system read. So I feel very confident in their accuracy. The pH meter is relatively easy to calibrate, They provide solutions to make 250 mls of the 3 standards (pH 4, pH 7, pH 9). Amazed at how inexpensive they were !

Quick easy calibration, PPM meter great!

I am glad it came so fast, very helpful when you think your pH solution has gone bad. Now I have a much better and accurate way to read pH. It's always fun when I can do chemistry at home by celebrating the device with the buffers. Provided are 3 powder buffers that you put in 250ML of distilled water. Hold the cal button for 5 seconds and let the display flash 3 times at the correct buffer point. They give you 6.86, 4.0, and 9.18. Just make sure to fully disolve the powder before taking the cal reading. I would also suggest getting the combo with the PPM meter. Really useful to see if filters are still working or need replacing.

These work very well. I didn't know I needed RO water to calibrate the pH meter beforehand, but other than that very good.

Worked Great! Great Price! Needs a backup set of calibration powder for PH meter

Easy to use. Good price for a set of these meters. Both a PH and TDS meter was included for $17.99. The PH meter though could have included another set of calibration powders if I would need to calibrate it a 2nd time but could prob find a workaround for this by finding a water source with a known ~6.86 ph.
