An excellent touchpad case for the iPad.

I bought this replace the Apple keyboard made for the regular iPad. Installation was a matter of putting my iPad in the case and connecting the keyboard combo via the smart connector. After which, you are automatically promoted by iOS to download a Logitech app which enables the touch controls. The app doesn’t require a login and just required me to open it for my touchpad to work. Honestly, using this has been a huge improvement over my Apple iPad keyboard. I find myself using the touchpad much more than physically touching the screen and it essentially gives my iPad the feel of a laptop. The keyboard has a great clicky feedback feel and not the rubbery soft texture like the apple keyboard. The touchpad Is responsive and easy to use. There is a touchpad dead zone in the extreme corners and especially near the top, but I found this to mostly be avoidable. The iPad itself is covered in the back which makes this double as a case and closing your iPad turns off the screen. There are some actions that still require you to touch the screen, but the majority of actions I am able to do with the touchpad. I would easily recommend this for anyone who has the iPad.

Turns your Ipad into a Laptop

Pretty good functionality makes your ipad into a surface like laptop. The keyboard does not activate sometimes after shutting down and you will have to disconnect and reconnect it to get it working. Does not require any battery or charging is powered by the ipad. It is a little thick but very protective and is great for protecting from accidental drops. The keyboard magnet connection is not very strong so it will fall off if you lift the ipad with the keyboard open.

Love it

It took my iPad Pro to whole another level, it makes me feel like i have a MacBook. I love typing on it and back light of the keyboard. The trackpad is only clickable only on bottom half but it doesn’t bother me once you get used to it. Keys have a great click motion. It’s worth every penny.

Best Keyboard Case

This keyboard case has been the best that I have owned. It does a good job of protecting the iPad and the keyboard is easy to connect. The keyboard does not have any batteries because it draws power from the iPad via the three pin smart connector found on the left hand side. I love that the keyboard lights up and can be easily detached. The touchpad is a little small but it’s really responsive.

A wonderful setup

Pencil holder, kickstand like a Microsoft Surface, it is a great package for my iPad 7th Gen. It is a bit heavy, but I like cases to be to help protect the device.

I love this keyboard. My fiancé is always amazed at how much my iPad now looks like a laptop. I love the backlit keys and you can control how long they stay lit through the app. The trackpad works perfectly. Delivered in 6 days. I am super happy with my order.
