I’m close to 450 pounds with a severe pulmonary disorder. This was something I purchased to get some very light cardio conditioning and stretching that would be safe and accessible for me. It does the trick. Fun to use and very therapeutic. So far it is holding up under my weight and I’m very comfortable on it. My only complaint is the accordion pump is a bit cumbersome to use and I wish it came with a poster/pamphlet of exercises. Otherwise this was a good buy!

I LOVE this ball. At first it didnt inflate all the way but it was fun bouncing on it. The second time Ininflated it, it became firmer but still had that bounce. I don't feel like I'm going to end up on the floor with this one. It does make a suitable chair if that's what you want it for. I use it as a chair occasionally but mostly for stretching and bouncing. My kids bounce on it too, and it's taken a beating but still good. It holds air pretty good so I don't have to pump it up every other day or two. Which is a major plus. I definitely recommend. I'm actually going to buy smaller ones for the kiddies so they can leave mine alone. Edit: 2/16/2020 It's been a little over 3 months and the ball co continues to deflate. I keep putting air in to see if I hear or feel where the puncture is but nothing. I also changed out the white plug thinking maybe it had become loose but that wasn't it either. Technically for the price it lasted longer than expected and was really good just wish I could of had it longer. Not sure if I'd like to shell out about $20 every 3 months for it though. Shame

I really liked that the ball came with a pump and 3 plugs. The ball was easy to pump up and I use it as my office chair! it works wonderfully I have already noticed that my back and shoulders feel better sitting on the ball instead of a chair. I highly recommend it !

This exercise ball is fantastic. Perfect for ab workouts and stretching your back. Also works as a desk chair. No complaints.

Very sturdy—as good as any of the higher priced medicine balls I’ve seen. The pump is very portable because it’s so lightweight, but it takes about 1,000 pumps to get the ball fully inflated. I recommend pumping it up for the first time with a bike pump, but this pump works great for adding extra air to the ball.

I intentionally wanted a smaller ball to replace my chair at my desk. I use it every day instead of a desk chair for posture, and abdominal stabilization! Then if my back ever starts to hurt, I can go back and extend my spine. Easy to inflate, stable, holds its inflation perfectly. It’s a great ball. Highly recommend

Not so much an exercise ball in my opinion. The material is very soft so the durability is lacking for longevity and resistance. It’s a little thin compared the harder thicker resistant ones. However, trying it out did give my back pains comfort for having the ball give flexibility to help with stretching. I did feel allot of pain relief with it which wasn’t expected. I was going to return since it wasn’t sturdy like I wanted. But because of the flexibility it gives the body to mobilize for its stretches I’ll keep it for this reason.

I purchased this exercise ball as a chair for my kids during distance learning. It works great. The 1st one I ordered had a small hole and the air just slowly leaked. I contacted the seller and they were fantastic in resolving the issue. Amazing customer service. The ball is a great price point. The rubber/plastic its made of is not as thick as others I've seen and used at gyms but it is very similar. Perfect for my use and great price. Thank you for the amazing customer service ❤ 😀.

Works good and durable. Use for my PT and exercise. My kid also uses it. I don't know if there's a weight limit. My kid weights more than 300 lbs. Only complaint I have is inflating it. The pump is not a good one. I had to use my hands for the pump and it takes awhile to pump all the way up. Giving your arms a good workout lol. In the long run it's worth the money and helps with pain. I do stretching with it. I also do wall planks and squats among other exercises
