A Must-Have Accessory!
This device is absolutely amazing and, more reliable, and better suited to my needs than the other WARRKY USB-C to HDMI (female) adaptor that I had purchased weeks earlier! This is the PERFECT accessory for ANYONE with a Samsung S9 (and presumably S9+, S10, and S10+) phone, such as myself, particularly with Samsung’s DeX desktop application. However, ANY cellphone (or other devices) with HDMI capabilities on their USB-C port will appreciate the plug-and-play capabilities this will provide with ANY HDTV or monitor with an available HDMI port. I still use the other WARRKY adaptor with the female HDMI connection with HDTV’s (such as my parent’s) where I don’t have good access to an open HDMI port on the back of their TV, borrowing the HDMI cable from an existing device (DVD player, set top box, etc.). However, it appears that this single-cable solution is a more reliable and elegant solution than the 2-cable solution (adaptor + HDMI cable) for those with an open HDMI port on their HDTV or other hi-def monitor. Screen mirroring is great in that it does not add anything in terms of cell data usage but provides a far better viewing experience than does a relatively-small phone or tablet screen. And for those of us with access to Samsung Dex (via our newer Samsung phones), DeX provides a true 16x9 viewing experience, eliminating the “black bars” around the displayed image due to discrepancies between your monitor’s aspect ration (typically 16x9) and cellphone (18.5x9 in my case) - again, without incurring additional cell providers’ “hotspot data.” In conclusion, I consider this to be a “must-have” accessory for compatible cellphone users, particularly for those who don’t have (or wish to pay for) reliable access to home Internet service providers. Update: CLEAN YOUR USB-C PORT! This thing started getting flakey on me several weeks ago (intermittent HDMI connectivity, screen suddenly going blank/ black, etc.) and, because it's summertime here in the northern hemisphere, I was assuming the adapter and/or phone was overheating. Nope! It was due to crud building up inside the phone's USB port that was compromising the connection by not allowing the HDMI adapter cable to fully seat into the phone port. The remedy: With your phone OFF, use a tiny, NON-CONDUCTIVE object such as a wooden or plastic toothpick (what I used) and run several laps around the base of your phone's "male" portion of the USB connector until you have created a nice little "dust bunny" that you can then lift out of the connector region. I would NOT recommend using isopropyl alcohol to do any further cleaning (as I did) unless you are extremely comfortable with doing so and understand the ramifications (at minimum, setting off the moisture sensor). Some compressed air following the aforementioned procedure is probably a better option. I hope this helps someone else out there as well!

Great HDMI cable for MacBook Pro
This usb type-c to HDMI cable is for my MacBook Pro 2017 to connect an external monitor. It works like a charm. Picture quality is exactly what you'd expect from a high quality 4K capable HDMI Cord. Both USB-C end and HDMI end are made of aluminium alloy which looks high-class and feels durable. The gold connectors are well made and solid. Also, the cord itself is a super nice braided cord that bends and coils easily with no worries about kinking. The thunderbolt 3 HDMI cord seems pretty stable and strong. They didn't go overboard as some companies do and make it stiff and only semi-pliable. It flexes wonderfully for cable management. The signal strength seems to be very nice. They did a great job of reinforcing the common break zone near the plugs themselves. It works perfectly with my MBP and MSI display.

Very nice USB-C to HDMI cable
The direction companies are going with their products nowadays seem to rely very heavily on USB-C ports. It's a good thing but at the same time, we're losing a lot of ports that are not going away anytime soon and the one in question here is the HDMI port. I never thought I would really need an HDMI port on my laptop. But when you do need it, you don't have it. I am also a sucker for braided cables which is why I ultimately ended up purchasing this Warrky USB-C to HDMI cable. It feels extremely nice while the plugs are not too fat so they won't be interfering with other ports close to them. The overall build quality I feel like is great and I won't really worry about the cable going bad over time. The plugs feel very solid and fit nice and snug on both the USB-C and HDMI sides. Also, I've attached pictures showing that there are no frame drops with this cable which can be a problem with some others that aren't high quality. I am definitely happy with this purchase and would recommend.

Gorgeous Cable That Overperforms For Its Price
This cable looks very, very nice. First of all, the grey-silver-black braiding on the cable feels nice yet seems extremely durable. The cable is packaged quite nicely, wrapped in a custom cable tie with not only the company name but also the support email, which, though a small detail, is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Should you need any support with the cable whatsoever, it's written down RIGHT ON THE PRODUCT, and is still very unobtrusive. The connectors are gold plated and are covered in plastic caps that can also be used to protect the cable when not in use. But there's one thing that I look for in every USB-C product, and I personally believe that any product with this is an inferior one: the split-connector design. In order to cut costs, many companies will use a USB-C connector housing that has a zig-zag split going vertically down the connector. This is much cheaper, but compromises the entire structural rigidity of the product, and one of the main selling points of this USB-C variant is it's durability. Thankfully, this cable has the much more durable and high-quality full-body connector, which everyone should look out for when buying a product. Finally, the picture quality. Worked beautifully, both on my 1440p curved monitor and my 4K TV from my USB-C MacBook Pro. Sound worked, picture worked, and got a solid 60Hz with no frame drops or issues. I could not ask for a better cable. I've ordered two products from Warrky, and, although not a common brand, this company should be at the top of your list when looking for cables, adapters, and accessories. Great job, Warrky.

Great design and reliable quality
The usbc hdmi cable 6ft does support up to 4K@60Hz and itself is well thought out. The braided cable is both flexible and sturdy, especially the nylon braided jacket is also a nice touch. - Impressive quality. Braided cable, Gold-Plated Connectors, snug fit (not loose). - Clear and crystal feeling Picture with no lags - No external driver or software required (Make sure the laptop/smartphone has the video output function) - Attractive Price - Streamlined ending which is easier for plugging in an out. - Nice length. 6' is suitable for my presentation in office and connect my DELL G7 (7588) for a travel. The build quality is very good, much better than expected. Looks premium not cheap like some other brands I've tested. And the cable is braided too. Overall looks and feel better than the price suggest.

Amazing high quality product that works like it looks and feels
This cable is of very high quality. The braided cable doesn't just look nice, it's very durable and a lot higher quality than something Apple develops. You definitely won't experience fraying with this cable. Packaging is very nice and the wrap (as others have mentioned), has the company name and the support email which is very convenient (should you need it). One thing I like about all Warrky products is that not only are they high quality, they come with plastic caps on the ends which is a really cool and nice touch not only for shipping but can be used for storage and transport too. I connected this cable and and it worked perfectly on my dual 4k curved monitor setup from USB-C to HDMI (on the monitors). Sound, picture, frame rate is perfect. I actually went ahead and decided to order a second one. It is very nice to use a straight cable than an adaptor and it looks a lot better this way too. I've ordered multiple products from Warrky and even if there is an issue, their support is amazing and quick to replace if there is a malfunction (again, which is rare). I highly recommend this product for someone who wants to free themselves of dongles and adaptors and go straight point to point with one cable. So much more convenient!

A great cable for a specific purpose
I have a Samsung S8+ and a number of laptops, the newest two are HP Spectre 360's with a type C port. The phone and the newest laptop worked, with one of my TVs, as the other apparently did not meet the required HDMI spec. (Over 8 years old, fancy but apparently

Nice tips
This usb c to hdmi cable supports 4K @ 60Hz perfectly. I picked this cable over others for its attractive appearance with its aluminum alloy shell. In order to enjoy 4K@60Hz, please make sure your TV/ Monitor can support HDMI 2.0 and 4k @ 60Hz. Some models of TV has several HDMI ports including HDMI 1.4 (up to 3840x2160, 30Hz) interface and HDMI 2.0 (3840x2160, 60Hz) interface, please make sure the cable is connecting to HDMI 2.0 port which can support 4K @ 60Hz. Warrky Support Team provides me a few of solutions for fix the issues occur(it may help you guys): 1. Why the cable does not work/ Flickering/ Disconnection? - Check the compatibility of the model of smartphone/ laptop with Compatible Device List or Consulting to Warrky Support Team; - Make sure all ports are connecting, restart smartphone/ laptop. Connect your computer with the display >> Turn on your TV >> Select HDMI Channel in your TV (Signal Source’ -- ‘HDMI Mode’) >> Turn on your PC ; - Few devices are older it may need to update firmwares including Display and Video Graphics, usbc ports, thunderbolt 3 ports and BIOS/UEFI for your laptop, or tell Warrky the exact model of your laptop and they will help you find out the appropriate firmwares for updating; - If all solutions applied and the issue remain, just contact them. 2. How to adjust the resolution to 4K @ 60Hz in MacBook Pro? Refer to the attached photos. 3. Why there are no voice while connecting? Adjust the Audio Setting refers to the attached photos.

Well constructed, works
Purchased for use with a MacBook Pro and iPad Pro. Haven't had a chance to use with iPad yet, but its working fine with MacBook Pro. I have a favorite brand for cables and connectors, but opted for this because the price was better, I trusted other reviews, and I liked that it came with caps for the connectors on both ends, and a small velcro strap for keeping the cable looped when I'm carrying it around on my bag-- those details are what swayed me to this purchase. The cable itself feels robust and the connectors are solid and metallic, not just a cheap plastic housing. I'll file the warranty info in case I need it, but hopefully that won't be an issue. Durability and how it works is ultimately what is important to me and if I run into issues, I'll amend this review accordingly.

I couldn't get it to work
I tried with my Asus laptop and an Acer Monitor . I could not managed to get the display to work. This is an update to my original post. The customer service team at Warrky reached out to me back in on August 22, 2020. I didn't respond at that time. Then on December 24, 2020, Amy of Warrky Support Team emailed me saying would really appreciate if I could give them an opportunity to address the issue for you. Amy sent me 3 emails attempting to determine this problem. She ultimately found that the USB C port is USB 3.1 Gen 1 which is for data transfer and does not support video output (requires USB-C 3.1, Gen 2 mostly). Amy immediately offered me a refund on my purchase. I am very impressed by Warrky's support and customer service teams. Despite the cable not being compatible with my laptop, I would not hesitate in purchasing any of their products in the future. Thank you Amy for your pleasant demeanor and professionalism.
