Love it. Only just got it don't know how long it will last. But no more late night trips to Sonic for ice. I'm a tiny old lady and I have no trouble turning that crank. Love it. Would buy another.

don't put it on a pourous surface -

I bought this for my dog - she loves ice but I was afraid she might break a tooth - so I got it for her - but we all are benefiting from the small ice shavings. I love this simple to use product!

Great for cocktails and other drinks that call for crushed ice

This ice crusher is great for light household use in crushing ice for cocktails or other drinks. I tried using my blender, but it didn't crush the ice uniformly, so I bought this crusher. It is easy to use and works really well for making drinks like Mai Tais and other Tikki style cocktails that call for crushed ice. It doesn't seem super sturdy or durable, but I think it's perfectly fine for normal household use. For the price, I'd definitely buy it again. Cheers!

So far so good

The suction cup works really well and makes it a lot easier to use. Only made a few batches of ice so far but its seems to work pretty well. Definitely an ice crusher, not a shaver. Good for drinks but you can't make a snow cone with it.

Harper the Wheaten Loves It

When the ice crusher on our fridge bit the dust, Harper was indignant at our failure to have crushed ice awaiting when he came in panting after an active day. When we learned that there will be a two-month delay in the needed repair, we, thoroughly chided and in desperation, ordered this nifty little ice crusher. Life is merrier with satisfied terrier.

Fast, thorough, easy to use

I just received this, so can't tell how long it will hold up. It looks very sturdy. I crushed about a quart of ice cubes in a minute - very little effort loading or turning the crank. Much more uniform than anything I could get in my blender.
