Great idea!

To be honest, I haven't used this product yet, but I was thrilled to find it because it's a great idea! Green peppers add such a good flavor, but a fresh one won't last.

Even the dogs love it

Had to reorder, because the dogs got into it and ate much of my stock! Very tasty, I'll admit. Didn't think dogs would like bell pepper flakes, but obviously they do. So keep it stored up and away from where they can reach!

Excellent quality

Very happy with this product. It defiantly helps add flavor to cooked meals. Nice to have and not waste a whole pepper for one recipe calling for 3/4 of a table spoon of green pepper.

Great Spice

Looked for a dried spice that would reconstitute itself in water and this product did just that! I am very pleased with the Green Pepper lakes
