I’ll be honest β€” there are a lot of insulated bags out there, and I bought these specifically because of the good reviews. My husband is an Instacart shopper. He wanted insulated bags that he could have in his shopping cart to keep bundles separate and food cold. These completely achieve that purpose and have little plastic β€œwindow” card slots on top. My husband segregates his multiple-bundle batches by β€œA” or β€œB.” Even the check out team at our grocery store has been impressed with the quality of the bags. If you are an Instacart shopper or a food delivery person, buy and use these bags with confidence!

I work for DoorDash and this catering bag is perfect!

I've only had the bag for a week, but so far it's a great bag for catering or for doing DoorDash/other deliveries. I will update this review in a couple months after use to make sure it's durable. Most people rush their reviews and then find out the product didn't last as long as it should. The bag itself works great so far. Keeps the customer's food nice and warm and it's easily 5 times the size of the super small flimsy bag that DoorDash gives it's drivers. I'm able to fit a HUGE order into this bag without any problems. The only thing I'd like to see added would be some additional pockets on the side or pockets that zip that allow me to store straws/plastic silverware etc. I was a bit surprised that the bag doesn't have any other additional storage compartments at all. Would also be awesome if it had some elastic type holders inside of it to keep orders from sliding around in the bag. Especially for stuff like drinks. I still give it a solid 5 star rating thus far. I will update after I've used it for a couple months to ensure it remains durable after a couple months of use. Thanks!

so far so good...

Used for the first time today. Food put into bag at 275*....moved to food line approximately 5 hours later at 258*. Sternos brought it up in minutes on the line. Would like a removable solid bottom but I'll make one. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another for light commercial use.

Really works!

I purchased this bag after my second weekend of my "meals on wheels" catering business. After getting complaints of the food being cold by the time I reached the customers location, this bag saved my business! This bag is very spacious and keeps the dinners warm! I highly recommend it!

This is a great cooler. We live way up north in Michigan’s UP. This time of year, my long front porch doubles as an extra β€œfreezer” for large speciality items like my prime rib, ham and turkey for the holidays. I also use it for all the extra frozen foods and dessert items I add during the holidays so my regular freezer stays available for smaller items. Allows me to take advantage of great sales thistime of year at Meijer. Works out great for me. Two are on the porch right now - our temps are in the teens already. The third one goes in my vehicle for bringing home frozen products when I grocery shop. We are 25 miles away from Marquette where we do our grocery shopping, etc., so when we go β€œto town,” we run as many errands as we can during that day. In the summer I put a couple of cold packs in it to get it cold and it keeps my meat products, etc. cold during hot days. Works out very well, allowing us extra time before we have to head home. This keeps everything nice and cold. Also, great for transporting warm items for parties, etc. No worries about spillage in the car. Nice lining that is well insulated. I put an old towel on the bottom just to help clean up anything that might spill. Uses are limitless. Worth a every penny. Great all around cooler!

This was a great buy for my husbands meal prep. It holds up to 24 containers plus snacks. He works in the oilfield so it’s very durable. And keeps his food cool with the ice packs (not included).

Best bag I’ve used yet !

Very heavy duty bag. I bought it for instacart delivery’s but will work with any temp sensitive item you need to transport. Fits three packed standard size grocery bags with ease. And will hold three large size catering steam table trays also with room to spare. But I would put a divider of some sort (thick piece of cardboard or something ) in between the stacks. I use a reusable cold pack in mine and between the bag and the cold pack the cold pack is still cold at the end of a long day of being opened and repacked and cleaned multiple times a day. And if you are heading to the beach or a picnic ? Throw everything in with some ice or a cold pack and it will keep everything where you need it to be temperature wise.

It’s a bag not a box!

I use my husbands account and I purchased this bag fro him for covid19 shopping since he’s an essential worker and the only one that goes out regularly. He said he just sits the bag in the trunk and goes. LOL The bag is lightweight and sits up like the picture. It is thick and insulated, holds products at their temperature during transit, and does not leak. It can fold out of the way when not in use, and it can take a beating from my husband. I would recommend this bag, fits nicely into the Honda Pilot with room to spare all around it. It is not suited to carry heavy items (1 gallon of milk, one gallon of OJ, and some cans) that may weigh too heavy on the bottom of the bag or test the straps on the bag. It is a bag not a box. But you can use the bag for heavy items if you are not carrying the bag, or if the bag just sits in the trunk holding the heavy items for transit.

A quality bag. Period.

I own 10 insulated food delivery bags. This is the only one that is sturdy and durable enough to routinely carry two full paper bags of groceries and a case of water. I'm talking two gallons of milk, loose vegetables and cans of dog food in addition to the case of water. It's water proof and works well keeping food hot or cold. I receive compliments from staff at the restaurants I go to when I use it for food delivery. Yes it's expensive, but it's worth it. My other insulated bags have had the zipper break, zipper tear completely off of the body of the bag, and the handles pulled off within the first month of owning them. This one has held up perfectly.
