Used this instead of a fuse for an auxiliary fuse block that I added to my Jeep. Used a Blue Sea fuse block and was impressed by the quality, so I got their circuit breaker too. Good quality unit, the rubber caps for the studs are a nice touch. The best feature is the red button that lets you manually trip the breaker. Intended for marine applications, have had no issues with it on my Jeep for the past year, and can't imagine I ever will.

Works as expected

Works as expected . I wanted this over a traditional fuse because I wanted an easy way to turn it off without risking a short. It took me about 5 minutes to install on an existing line. Highly recommend

put this inline on my solar install. I needed a switch between the controller and the panel, plus this gives me voltage protection. so rather than by a fuse and a switch, this does the job perfectly. You never want to remove battery connections without disconnecting from solar, or you will burn up your controller.

Added safety

I built a so called "Solar Generator" and needed some added protection. This 70A DC breaker was installed between my 1000W inverter and the bus bar (distribution block) with 4AWG cable. It was easy to install and gives me piece of mind. It also serves a second purpose. If I am not using the inverter, I turn it off and then trip the breaker to ensure that no power at all is going to the inverter. This added protection is worth the extra effort and the breaker is a terrific value for the price. It is good quality, works well and does trip when overloaded. I tested it 3 times and it just works. Reset takes about a minute when it cools down. I can easily recommend this breaker and I give it 5 stars.

Works as needed

I bought this breaker for my RV audio system. Breaker was easy to install. The manual reset was great as it protected my equipment when the device had tripped. Also it works fine as an on/off switch when mounted and easily reset it if need be. Works perfect and good quality , exactly what i needed

Should have bought one years ago!

As easy as any other inline fuse to install. I love being able to hit a button to break the circuit when working on the wiring. One little click and you're back online!

waterproof

Waterproof is good, also like that you can manually turn the circuit off. Must mount it where there is easy access, it's not auto reset.
