Lifesaver! I used these when my water broke with my first child. I was able to get to the hospital with dignity and no mess. I wore these postpartum and they were very comfortable and did not irritate my c-section site. I also wore these during the passing of a natural miscarriage (I opted not to have a D&C). The product is very discreet. It doesn’t make any sounds and it isn’t bulky (it will feel bulky at first if you’re not used to using this type of product). I was able to wear this product under jeans and leggings. They didn’t show through my jeans at all and a very minimal “panty line” with leggings (see pictures). I wore maxi pads in this product and still didn’t have to worry about extra bulk. I am 150lbs 40” hips (size 8/10) and a small/med fit me well. I would say these are true to size. Updated review: I recently received the Always Discreet Boutique in black, hipster, low rise in exchange for my honest review. The fit is very similar to the regular except that the front is a little lower. They hit right below the bellybutton so you could still wear these after a c-section without any irritation. The new design also has a floral, perfume scent to them whereas the regular/original did not. The scent doesn’t bother me, but might bother others. I thought it was worth mentioning. I personally like the look of the pink ones better, because they look more like panties. The black pair looks more like a medical product. See added photos. Pink product is the original and the black product is the new, low cut, hipster style.

Purchased these for my 81 year old mother who was totally against using any type of incontinence underwear. She also has Alzheimer's. Right from the start, she loved them. She doesn't even know they are incontinence underwear. She thinks I just bought her some new upscale underwear!! They are very pretty, have a very nice subtle fragrance that's not overpowering at all and the material is very silky. I'm so excited that I found something she will wear everyday!! Thank you for the great product P&G!!

I tried all kinds of these with poor results. When I put these on, I could not believe how soft and silky they were. They are made extremely well. They fit perfectly around my legs; something other brands did not do. The special double band elastic around the legs is what keeps the underwear from leaking. Yes, they cost a bit more but who cares when they actually do what they are supposed to.

These are adorable, considering what they are and how they're used. The are the best replacement I've found for the no longer produced low rider Depends hip huggers or whatever they were called that I preferred to anything Always.. However, *this* model of Always are really cute AND they don't have the horrible, obnoxious scent that the other Always' have. Most important, to me, I don't feel embarrassed in front of myself putting them on. They're comfortable too, not bulky or huge like diapers. Reliable ? Well, that Depends, I've never found Always to be all that reliable, if I need to change them I'd better be quick about it, or else. If one needs super-reliable, these are not for you because there is some "leg-room" gaps and if you have a slip, you'd better run for it. I wear them around the house while doing chores, sitting at the computer doing paperwork, running quick errands (walking or driving) and for light tasks outside. Always at night under sleepwear which seems like a waste because they are so cute. I like that they make me feel feminine, younger, not like an old lady or a little child. To me, *that* t makes a world of difference when dealing with this issue. Who ever thought this would be happening to the forever young, Flower Children of Love Ins (not hate ins).

After having my son, I knew postpartum wasn’t going to be a great time. These both kept me clean and provided a fit that felt a lot less like an incontinence diaper. The style helped me feel a little more confident in my new body and they weren’t super visible even in my leggings. My only recommendation is that they make a separate size small and medium: because us super petite gals tend to have a smaller undercarriage and these are pretty wide

I bought these for the aftermath of giving birth to my son and though the day hasn’t come yet, from what I can tell, these are such great quality! They’re soft and well padded, not to mention, quite feminine! I’m not sure exactly what the hospital gives as this is my first child but I’m sure nothing else they provide could compare to this product!

Well worth your money. No leaks very comfortable and you can't see them under your clothes. Best I've tried so far.

Fresh out of the hospital from giving birth... these are super comfy and feels like underwear. Highly recommend

I really loved these after my c-section. It didn’t irritate my incision at all. Also, I felt so uncomfortable with regular pads because they always crumbled together and the flow was so irregular that I never felt comfortable going anywhere without extras of everything. I bought these after a friend suggested them and was positively surprised. I was afraid that they would feel bulky and would show, but they felt much better than the once from the hospital and looked better too. They didn’t show under my pants and they made me feel so comfortable in my own skin. I felt secure as they caught everything (strong or not) and the black ones made it look almost like regular underwear. Also, I liked the little scent they’ve added because it made me feel even more fresh.

This was so much easier to use after birth, I slipped these on, rather than trying to get pad to stay in place while in the hospital and at home. Definitely will be purchasing again if I plan to have one more baby. I am 5'6, 146lbs, I purchased the small/medium, however, they began to rub up against the (insides)of my legs, so I am purchasing the medium/large if they have it for more comfortably. I am going to switch to these for my mthly menstruation bc its so much easier.
