Excellent cleaver knife, excellent company!

I have been wanting one of these knives for a long time. So glad I purchased this one. It works beautifully. I can cut my tomatoes paper thin. It is super sharp, and it works amazing on everything I have used it for. Another wonderful thing about this company, is that a percentage of your purchase is donated to those in crisis. How much better does it get then that? I would definitely recommend.

Really good cleaver!!!

I was really doubtful to buy this knife because it's a lot cheaper than all the other cleavers on Amazon. But I'm really happy with my purchase. It comes well packaged, in a nice box. The blade is solid, well balanced in the hand and the edges are extremely sharp. I've only used it once so far and it made cutting up a chicken really easy, it had no problem chopping through the bones. I think it's a great deal for this quality.

Solidly built cleaver that's easy to handle

Immediately impressed with the weight and construction. The cleaver has stability from the handle to the end of the blade nose. I’ve never used a cleaver and wondered if it would be intimidating for my small, lady hands. But this just felt good. It’s a manageable size. Not too small or too big, just right. Whenever I think of cleavers, I think of huge cuts of beef. While I enjoy red meat on occasion, it’s not my staple. I use this knife as a go-to for quick, easy ways to cut various squash and raw potatoes for soups and stews, along with precise meat/poultry dicing. It’s also great for pineapples (which I’d shy away from due to the cutting) and large melons. Overall, it’s an affordable way to add ease to kitchen prep. Plus, it’s made with the solid care that went into my coffee maker/bean grinder from Mueller.

The Clever Cleaver! Mueller Meat Cleaver For the Win!

I love the weight of this cleaver! It is solid and not separated from the handle. The handle fit is great, even for my tiny hands. It is super sharp, and is by far my favorite knife now. I think I need to try more Mueller products! This is my third product, and I haven't been disappointed in any of them. If you need a cleaver, this is absolutely the one to buy. You will not be disappointed. Even if you don't think you need a cleaver, it's great! I even used it to cut cabbage!

It’s as good a quality as the high end ones, but a fraction of the price!

Just got the Muller Cleaver yesterday and I’m very impressed with the quality! It looks and feels like I just purchased top of the line, expensive Cutlery, at a bargain price. I couldn’t wait to try it out so I grabbed the closest thing and sliced up a watermelon. I’ve never been able to get perfectly even slices until now! It was quick and easy as well. I did need to pay extra attention because the blade is very sharp, and the solid weight of the cleaver provides a fast, effortless cut. I can’t wait to try it out on a whole chicken. It should not only make cutting it into parts a breeze, but I’m sure it will turn out looking much nicer as well. Very pleased with this cleaver!

Great Knife!

At first glance I really liked the packaging. There are instructions on the back of the box (hand wash only, do not use for cutting frozen meat, etc). The knife is the perfect weight (heavy enough to cut meat well but not too heavy to hold) and the blade is sharp.

Durable

Great all around cleaver. Worked really well for bacon and cutting up a whole bird. Also was super handy for veggies especially hard to cut gourds. I wanted to use this on a variety of foods before reviewing and I’m happy with the product!

Great maneuverability!

This knife is amazing for the price. It feels great in the hand and has a nice weight to it. It cuts very well. It has great maneuverability and is very sturdy. My tomatoes come out paper thin and cuts easily through chicken. It’s quite sharp and the steel is thick so sharpening it will take some force but it definitely cuts and feels like a quality knife! It was a good value for the money it was worth.

Great Blade, Handle & Customer Service!

This is probably my fifth Mueller product and it’s because EVERYTHING I’ve bought from Mueller doesn’t disappoint. I love the heavy handle on this cleaver. The stainless steel, the sharpness (and the shine 😜) make this such a great cleaver! LOVE IT! And Muellers customer service is next to none. I’ve been so pleased with every product!

Top quality cleaver.

This cleaver is solid. You can feel the quality as soon as you take it out the box. The blade and handle are one piece. Even though this knife has done right to it, it was surprisingly easy to use. I used it to cut some ribs and loved how easy it was to cut through the bones.
