I usually boil a dozen eggs every week or so, to have on hand for lunches and snacks. If I put them in the fridge in the regular cartons, I always smell them when I open the door. Not awful, but not great. I had saved a plastic egg carton, that had a tri-fold style, sort of like an extra lid, and that was not bad, and it was clear from the outside which eggs were boiled, but I saw this thing mentioned on a Facebook group, and decided it was worth a try. I use the glass containers that close like this for food storage, and really like those. Well, this works amazingly well. Keeps the smell out of fridge, and is also very easy to open and close, no chance of pulling the wrong side of the lid and dumping the eggs, which I occasionally almost did with the other one. Plus, since it is a completely different type of container, it is clear to everyone in the house that these are the boiled eggs.

I use this egg carrier for motorcycle camping in the backcountry. I have yet to break an egg even on some of the roughest roads I've been on. The trick is to pad the eggs by tearing off a few sheets of paper towels and folding them over the top of the eggs so they don't bounce up and down. Fits perfectly at the top of one of my saddle bags.

I’ve been cutting the top off an egg carton and using the bottom as the tray for awhile. Recently a very thin egg cracked in the tray thus making it unusable. After throwing it away I decided to invest in a washable tray. Enter this container. It came fast and was packaged safely. It’s a sturdy piece of plastic that should be easy to wash. I’ve included a pic to show everyone. First, those are jumbo eggs. They fit perfectly fine. Second, it fit perfectly on the egg shelf next to the butter area in the fridge. I’m not saying it will fit in yours but it fit absolutely perfect in mine. The bar shown in the pic is part of the fridge and the hinge of the container sits directly on it like it was made for it. So, needless to say, I’m very impressed with this product. Oh, and before you ask, I’m not using the top. I eat 12 eggs fast enough to not need it.

We had a camping trip come up finally and ordered this item because hard boiled eggs are a nice treat when driving with three children for a few hours, amiright? It arrived a day earlier than we expected, was clean (even so we washed it because why risk it?), clear, fit large eggs perfectly seemingly without risk of cracking uncooked eggs with normal usage (I.e. Don't be dumb and try to stress test the thing. I know you may want to, but don't. They're eggs, people.). I'll suggest this to my friends and extended family as most of them are obsessed with eggs in a dozen ways. Even uncle John who believes raw yolks help maintain his musculature. (Don't eat raw eggs! It can easily make you violently ill.)

Note that these containers have breathing holes for the eggs so the seal around the top does not serve a purpose other than to make the lid fit very securely, the containers are not air or water tight. The construction of this container is very good, feels solid, the lid fits well and has a satisfying snap. They are easy to move around the fridge and tough enough to set things on top of them. I would expect these egg holders to be useful for many years.

Were packaged well, and arrived safely. They are great to protect my eggs. Used it to transport my eggs from the store. To large for camping, but would protect the eggs from heavy items on top of the egg carton. Dropped it once with eggs and nothing happened, no insulation so need to have a small insulation bag to carry it in. Will recommend them to everyone to carry eggs in, store eggs in. I will be buying at least 4 more, as I plan to give as gifts to family members. Never go to the store with out it, even save your eggs in the frig in it. Great for buying fresh eggs at a farm. Yes, am very happy with it.

We ordered the egg holder for camping. I made the mistake once to place the original egg carton in the cooler and the carton completely tore apart. We ordered this the second we got back. Looked up many different brands of egg holders and this seemed like the best option. We camped once with this and it was perfect. No water leaked inside, no eggs broke, and kept the eggs secure. The only problem we had with it was the eggs we buy are not the Super XL Eggs, so our eggs did rattle around a little bit.

I buy eggs in a 5-dozen case (better buy when you go through them quickly like my family does). I keep that large case out in a separate fridge, but then I have 2 of these dispensers in the fridge in the kitchen. One has fresh eggs, and one has hard-boiled eggs. This makes life so much easier! I just labeled the cartons so it's easy to tell which is which. Sometimes the hard-boiled eggs can get "wet", so I put a paper towel folded in half length-wise inside the top of the carton, and that takes care of that! My daughter dropped it once with the lid on, and only a few of the eggs cracked. Good investment!

This is wonderful. I tear up all my lettuce and leave it in the colander part of this container and those water drips to the bottom. I've been able to take fully missed salads to work! No more of my veggies and meats having to be separated from the lettuce or risk the dreaded squishiness of salad items by lunchtime. The lid locks in place and even after dropping the entire bowl, my salad stayed inside the container. I was it on the top rack of the dishwasher with no problems. I am SO happy with this container.

I am not sure how I stumbled onto this brand of container but I love them! We have had those vile little pantry moths and they burrow into everything paper and plastic wrapped. I hated opening boxes of cereal and seeing their evil little webs inside. This container has saved a lot of cereal. After months of being opened several times on a daily basis the latches show no sign of wear.
