2018 Tacoma (watch video for before/after)

2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road. I wanted the smoked look, and I also thought the pattern of this light would look better than the OEM blink pattern. I love it! Super bright! (Video taken around 1pm in TX). Easy install. Took maybe 10mins for both sides total. Most tedious part is getting the covers off. Use the tool that comes with the lights and work from the part farthest from the vehicle, then up and toward the vehicle... hold the top slightly open with your other hand, and pry the bottom carefully. Once it feels pretty loose, pull forward (straight out), NOT up (or you will break a clip). Remove 2 screws, Slightly pull plastic piece away from light, then lift light up and out. Simple plug-and-play (test the new one before fully installing). Use the pry tool to push the insulation on the bottom of the light down, and then re-install the whole side mirror cover. If you watch the video I posted, first few seconds shows the OEM light, and then the new one. It wouldn’t let me add another video, but both use same pattern when Roadside Hazards are on. We’ll see if it holds up over time, but quality seemed up to par with OEM.

So far these are awesome

The nature of products like this is that you take a risk on something cheaper. Does it mean the product is inferior, or that everyone else is just charging too much. In this case I think it's the latter, I have been very impressed with these. Now if there ends up being any issues down the road, we'll see, but on initial value these win by a strong margin. Save yourself the meso prices and hassles of hitting the smallest in stock window the world has ever seen and get a pair of these instead, you won't be disappointed.

Lights work awesome! 18 Tacoma TRD off-road with premium/tech package!

I have been using them since October 17 2020 and today is November 29th and they work great so far with no issues, also pretty good quality. I’m in WA state and it has rained a lot here lately and no moisture issues inside the lights.. oh and the other review about the blind spot monitor is pure garbage! My tacoma is fully loaded with all the tech and premium packages and I can tell you that BSM has nothing to do with swapping this light so that person either turned off the BSM switch inside there truck or something else but again pay no attention to that review.

These. Are. Amazing!

These are very easy to install. They look fantastic! They are much brighter than the original. They are plug and play. One note I would add is that you test the light before reassembling the mirror housing. The connectors are not one way and if the lights don't come on, disconnect the coupling and turn it around. Unlike traditional lights that don't care which side is positive or negative, LED's do. Check again and if all goes correctly, put it back together. Worth the money!

Works for 2020 Taco

I threw them on not really expecting anything but they were so cheap ($50) at the time so I figured I would try it. Haven't regretted it so far. Brighter than stock, even though they are smoked out, which is great. These looks great and look like what I expect the much more expensive ones would look like. The only problem is they make me want to upgrade the headlights to sequential and there really isn't a viable "cheap" option like these for those. If you're thinking about it, just do it. The quality is worth it and they look much better than the stock

Wanted smoked signals - got more.

I got these to remove the chrome from the mirror lights. I like how they come with a panel tool and screwdriver. To my surprise they are much brighter than stock and look pretty nice with the sequential OEM LED headlight turn signal. Installation is moderately difficult if you're not mechanically minded. it's easy to pull off the painted mirror cover but it's also easy to break other things inside the mirror if not careful. Particularly when putting the new light in there is a plastic 'pin' on the mirror bracket, I broke one of the new signals (not in a visible spot) when trying to get that pin though the new signal. It still mounted fine. Time will tell if the plastic becomes foggy from UV but I really like how they look!

It fits my 2020 Rav4 Hybrid!! These mirror turn signals are pretty sleek! It was very easy to install. I watched YouTube tutorials on others whom purchased the same turn signals. Thay helped with my installation process. The light is bright and I love how they look, especially at night. I highly recommend these! BTW, my blind spot monitors still work! I was worried they were going to be affected since I've read previous reviews on other users losing their BSM system. Thank goodness I still have mine. I'm 100% content with these!

Surprising Quality and Function for the Price

Works and fits great on my 2021 Pro for anyone wondering about 2021 compatibility. Sequence also very well timed with 2021 OEM headlight. Easy install but just watch the factory wire retention clip on the mirror assembly when removing the factory signals - this clip is super fragile but also not essential. Make sure you undo the 2 screws before trying to unwind the factory wire form this clip. These seem very well made and packaged extremely well. Not sure why others put there are 99 bucks for non sequential smoked signals.

Better, brighter lights for 3rd Gen Tacoma

Used on a 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD OffRoad 3rd Gen. These sequential side mirror turn signal lights are great. So much brighter than the original lights, color is the same, and installation is easy. Take your time prying off the plastic cover. The new light's plug is on a pigtail so there is a bit of extra cable that you just tuck behind the mirror. I'll share and paraphrase what i read from another review: start prying from outermost edge and work your way up and over back. Pull plastic cover straight out.

Looks better and works better

The smoked lens with the sequential turn signals is a must! Not only that it looks better than stock it’s also safer as well. The Leds are so bright that you won’t miss in during the day. Install wasn’t bad. It just felt like you were breaking the the side mirror covers, but it’s just the tabs releasing.
