I actually brought these to the hospital with me for when I gave birth to my son. They are so much more comfortable than the huge things the nurses give you to wear for afterwards. Not that you need them to be pretty, but these actually are feminine so while you're feeling gross after birth, you can at least have a little pretty going on. Haha. They're much softer than what the hospital provides and also very discreet. You won't feel like you're waddling around in a diaper for the couple weeks you need a lot of protection after birth either. I know they're for incontinence, but if they work as well as they do for after giving birth you would have to love them for that as well. Great product!! Great absorbency, comfortable and discreet!

These were amazing for after I had my daughter. Wish I would have thought about this with my son. A lot more comfortable then a large pad and those mesh underwear the hospital gives you.

I purchased these for after I delivered my baby. I ended up needing a C-section, but these were still great, as I still experienced about 3 weeks of lochia. They were comfortable and I never once had an issue with the incision. I also never had to worry about them moving around like the large hospital pads. They fit decently well under normal clothes and never leaked. These are a must for hospital bags and your at-home recovery!

Ovarian cancer person here. Hospice is great and would give me free adult, um...helpers until my Kegel muscles come back thru exercise. I was grateful, but stopped them after one package. Very ill fit (unless you're bedridden I suppose) hard to wear under clothes etc. So I checked Amazon. Naturally the adult unmentionables (DIAPERS!!!! THERE i SAID IT!) are quite expensive. And the reviews were not too happy. These I saw on TV, ordered them and talk about relieved. It's like I'm wearing comfortable panties, but don't let that fool you. These babies are the BOSS. Never a problem no matter what or where the accident. I HIGHLY recommend.

So, I took these to the hospital and ended up still using their pads and whatnot, but just wore these instead of the mesh underwear. They worked great! I loved that they were disposable, and now that I'm back home I'm still just using them in the same way. They aren't transparent either, so I felt totally comfortable not wearing a gown or anything when I would go from the bed to the bathroom... Just my little diaper & sleeptime nursing bra :) I will say that the lining on the padding part has a thin layer of something resembling cotton, so if you do have a tear down there postpartum, maybe be sure to always have a pad on too... I would be nervous of a stitch grabbing the liner and causing some kind of issue. Just my two cents :)

I have an overactive bladder and sometimes I have accidents. I have used other incontinence underwear, but I always return to the Always brand. They fit me and do the job, even with a real bad leak. I like the way they look on, knowing that I will not be embarrassed by an accident

These were great for my postpartum recovery. It made life easier knowing that I wasn't ruining any of my actual underwear. I had zero leaks and peace of mind while trying to heal after having my baby. I wore the Large size, I am 5' 8" and 220 lbs.

I used these postpartum and they were so much better than the mesh underwear that the hospital gives you. Not bulky at all and very absorbent

These are great. I take a S/M and love the way they feel. Many reviews comment that they break open at the seams but I have never had that happen and I wonder if these women are purchasing sizes that are too small. They are incredibly absorbent and hold a huge amount of urine and they sop it up quickly so the urine does not leak. You can pee very fast in them without worry. When they are filled to near capacity sitting and squishing the contents does not force the liquid out. And when full it does not feel hard, like Abena does nor does it feet mushy like Depends. Overall if the diaper is full of urine it feels soft but comfortable but does not cling to your skin. I can wear them a long time when filled as opposed to Depends, which I feel that I must remove immediately when it is wet. I really love this product for daytime use. I wear them under slacks and they do not bulge. They really are discreet.

I bought these for my daughter to wear after giving birth. She absolutely loved them. She refused to even try the mesh panties they give you in the hospital because these were so comfortable. All the nurses at the hospital loved them and even made comments about how cute they were. This was by far the best postpartum purchase we made! Also my daughters water broke at home and she wore one to the hospital because there was a lot of fluid!
