There not shin protectors

ive been wearing knee pads for years from the big box stores and never found any that lasted or were comfortable I'm a mason who does alot of flatwork walks patios ect.and am never on flat ground not only are these pads comfortable to wear all day they don't roll to one side when on uneven ground and the best part is they stay on your knees instead of becoming shin protectors the thigh strap helps immensely I will buy these again when needed and highly recommend

Best Knee Pads Ever!

Absolutely the best knee pads I have ever seen. Hands down. They look exactly like the photos. However, they are thicker and heavier than they look. (In the best way!) - Now in his early 30's, my husband worked building houses and doing roofing, all through high school and college. He still does any roof work needed on our home, also. Needless to say, he has gone through a Fair share of different brands, and types, of knee pads. At 6'4 240lbs. He was a wrestler and a football player. He has arthritis in both knees and tore his ACL last year. I believe Everyone needs and deserves great safety gear. But, if you've ever had knee issues, you know that wearing low-quality padding can make a major difference. - Sometimes, the difference is being stuck in bed for days, after doing even a small job.. No one wants to go through that! - tl;dr - Sorry for the long review!! The point? - My husband and I were both simply amazed by the quality of these knee pads. They were way nicer than I ever expected them to be. He says they are the best pads he's ever tried and seemed genuinely impressed. - PS. - Because of the extra straps sent for extending the thigh area, He -6'4 240lbs- and I -5'7 145lbs- can both wear and enjoy these for different projects. AND thanks to the neoprene and materials used, they shouldn't get all stinky from sweat and dirty jobs! Thank you COGURD for making such a nice product. And even better, thank you for making them so affordable! We will definitely be buying several more pairs, for our dads and brothers, as Christmas gifts.

Onion approved

Used these to plant onions in a half acre of land. Stayed on my knees for 3 hours and no pain. Should have bought earlier in the planting season. I would recommend these to anyone who has to work in a garden.

Excellent product

It was time to replace my husband's knee pads. He is hands-on kind of guy. He does a lot of projects inside of the house and in the yard. It is very important for him to protect knees. We searched Amazon and found GOGURD. We decided to try it. The product was delivered in timly manner very well packaged. Two velcro strips keep pads securely in place. Upper strip protects from small objects like pebbles, dirt getting inside. The pads indeed have three layers of protection. They seem very sturdy yet gell layer makes them comfortable. We think this is an excellent project for a good price.

Comfortable Knee Pads

These are by far the most comfortable Knee Pads I have bought. When wearing pants the perform flawlessly. When wearing shorts you might need to adjust them every now and then. They seem very sturdy and well made. The only thing that bothers me is where the heavy stitching goes through the plastic. After three days of using them the plastic around the stitching is turning white from the stress of being in the kneeling position. I am not sure if this will eventually lead to a failure at those points. If and when a failure occurs I will come back and edit my review. As of now... I really like them....

Awesome Unisex Knee Pads

I bought these knee pads for a renovation project and plan to use them for future projects, as well. The pads arrived within a day or two, even though Amazon said they'd arrive in about 4 days. I was impressed with the fast shipping. The knee pads are very adjustable--enough that my fiance and I can both wear them comfortably by adjusting the Velcro straps. While these knee pads make your legs get sweaty if you're working in them a while, they do a great job cushioning and protecting your knees. These are awesome. I already recommended these knee pads to a friend!

Longest lasting knee pads so far.

I am brutal on knee pads. They get used 40 hours a week on all kinds of surfaces. I have tried others and they lasted about 3 months before falling to pieces. These have been in severe use for over 3 months, ugly as heck, but are still going strong. The Velcro I didn’t think I’d like but it is of very high quality and still works well. I’m very happy with these and will buy again if and when the time comes.

Best I have used so far

Usually I purchase knee pads at a local big box store. I bought the latest gel pads a year or two ago. They only had one strap like all the others I have purchased. They are troublesome to use because they always migrate to the ankles or twist off center from the knee. These are much better. The double strap holds them on the knee and I had no problem with it migrating off center. They also have a gel core so they are comfortable. They only cost a few dollars more so I think it is a much better value

They fit a woman's knees

I hate buying things made in China, but this was the only pair of knee protectors available on Amazon that looked to me like they'd fit. I've purchased three or 4 sets in the past, from various places. The ones that fit were too skimpy to do any good, and the ones that were sturdy were all too large - they fit men well. So I'm very happy with the COGURD Professional Gel Knee Pads, which I use for gardening. They fit well, stay in place, are comfortable enough to wear all day.

Comfortable Knee Pads

I ordered these as I was about to start a project to put down plywood flooring in my garage attic as well as adding a dropdown ladder. I spent a good part of 2 days wearing these non-stop and working for significant time on my knees while I cut the plywood, pushed it up into the attic and then screwed down each piece of plywood one at a time. I have to say these are super comfortable and did a fantastic job of protecting my knees. Loved that the knee pads are actually super cushioned and hence prevented fatigue from the long strenuous job.
