Amazing (as always) and cute!
I want to quickly post this because there aren't currently any other photos of this color. I've had a black Intstant Pot Duo for years and love it. I could go on and on about everything I use it for. I also have a mini that works just as well as the 6qt but for smaller tasks. When I saw this new color was available I knew I needed it. I'll be passing along my black one as they are identical and I have no need for two regular size ones (especially with pot in pot cooking), plus it would never get used because I'd always want to pull this one out!

Why don’t you have one of these yet?
Absolutely LOVE this product. I’ve used it several times and have been happy with the results. I’ve never had a lot of luck with roasts & ribs - but the IP has changed all that. The meat literally falls apart and is so easy to chew-& is ready in 1/2 the time. Highly recommend this - particularly if you hate to cook as much as I do.

Don’t fear- This isn’t your grandma’s pressure cooker
This is my second instant pot (yes, the other one is still in rotation). I LOVE the red color and it adds a pop of color to my kitchen. I use this instant pot at least 4 times per week, cooking everything from Boiled eggs, to homemade applesauce. We are a family of four and I have two teens. I make the easiest and quick meals such as salsa chicken (to shred and use in burritos or tacos), delicious one pot pasta with meat sauce, vegan split pea soup, delicious tender brisket, to steamed rice. I used to use the old fashioned pressure cooker that often burned, and frankly was a bit scary. Please know, THIS IS NOT YOUR GRANDMA’S pressure cooker. It’s self contained, no intimidating spinning or hissing, and you can plug it in and actually walk away and let your meal cook. There are tons of online recipes and YouTube videos. My cooking life has become easier and I bought a second to have so I can steam veggies or rice while my main dish is cooking or warming. This instant pot also makes yogurt and a variety of other goodies. GET ONE! You’ll absolutely love it.

Excellent for Yogurt
As a yogurt-making appliance it's a bit on the pricey side but that's my main purpose in purchasing this model of Instant Pot. Since receiving it last week I've made three batches of yogurt and each time the yogurt turned out perfectly. Though I didn't test the temperature with a thermometer I know that the temp stayed low (as it's supposed to) the whole time. I can't speak to the other functions but as a yogurt-making machine it is wonderful. To get the true benefit of the yogurt it requires 36 hours of fermenting time so after setting the custom time for the first batch it now goes to that time automatically. If you're wanting it for yogurt, make certain you get this model. The lower priced models do not have the yogurt function so check before purchasing.

Try it, you won’t regret it!
I was really nervous about using this pressure cooker, but once I started I’ve tried to use it everyday. My suppers have been a hit one after another. I love it! Once you get used to using it, it will become more natural and their are tons of recipes on line. I know I have only 3 stars for easy to clean because it has a lot of pieces to clean, however I don’t have any other pots or pans in the oven or on the stove because my entire supper goes into the instant pot. So I’m the long run less to clean.

Best Kitchen Aid Ever
As a busy mom and teacher, this made dinner time a snap instead of a hassle. Dinner in literally 30 minutes! Steamed veggies and chicken so tender and full of flavor! Clean up was less than 10 minutes as well. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. Tons of settings making dinner options unlimited! Great for quick side dishes and such as well. I have not tried desserts in it yet, but look forward to success there too! An absolute great investment to save time!

From meh. To AMAHZING
Bought on sale for pur anniversary because my husband wanted one and I loved the color. Sadly, we haven't been able to figure out hard boiled eggs as we went through 2 dozen, following instructions, and they came out too soft. We have hardly used it since so I'm a bit disappointed but I'm sure once we try something else we will figure it out and like it. Edit: We have since started using this 3+ times per week! No thawing! Forget to pull out meat for dinner? No problem! We LOVE that and have figured out a ton of meals like chicken, ground turkey, pork loin and even quinoa in this bad boy and its all great!!! SO helpful for meal prep!!!!

I don’t know why I didn’t get one sooner!
Need a quick lunch or dinner? This is it! Fresh, frozen, have way defrosted meat or poultry, it doesn’t matter. Stick it in the pot with some veggies (even root veggies), with a cup to cup and 1/2 of water or broth and you have soup or a stew. This pot has been a lifesaver for me. I do not like to cook or put time into cooking. But I like my food to taste great lol.. So before this pot I would only buy a few things here and there but nothing I would consider a proper “meal”. But now, when I’m at a farmers market, I will stock up on vegetables and meat. I usually wouldn’t do this because the meat would go bad because I wouldn’t eat it quick enough and defrosting takes a lot of time and I never know when I’ll be hungry. So with this thing, when I’m hungry I can just pull out whatever I want and throw it in the pot; fresh or frozen. Also, when I have family over, I can make other things too. I cooked gluten free spaghetti and frozen meatballs (homemade) in 7 mins and it came out great. My brother made a delicious pot roast with potatoes and veggies in 23 minutes. I made a New England Boiled Dinner in half the time it normally takes. And the first time using it, I stick a whole frozen chicken in it and cooked it right up in an half hour! This pot also has other functions but where it’s winter right now, I’m all about stews, roasts, and throwing whatever I have in the freezer and fridge to make something quick so I can get out in the snow. One thing I do recommend is getting the glass top for the pot. Not expensive and worth it so you can store leftovers in the pot in the fridge if you want or if you just want to keep it warm. All in all, great pot, cooks delicious food quickly, only one pot to clean (no wasting water or time doing dishes) and I would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn’t like to cook and those who do.

Know What's Going In Your Mouth!
This pressure cooker doesn't require the metal at the top of the pot! This works great and can cook a dinner in 30 minutes or less! I saw this at my daughters home and she and her husband use it for everything that needs to cook fast! Meat comes out tender in half the time! It has a safety lid, and locks. I am glad to have one! You can make your homemade yogurts and know what is going in your mouth!

Good, useful, may or may not save you tons of time.
I like my Instant Pot. Let's be clear. However, it doesn't save me the time I thought. I'm Male, my wife hates cooking, I don't mind it; but I'm not a meal planner. I haphazardly pick protein, carbs, and veggies and season them to edible (nobody has died yet, those people in the hospital recovered). As a non-planner, my meals frequently go from the freezer to the pan. From that standpoint, boiling is boiling and being clever about trapping in heat and what you cook can get you dinner in 20-30 minutes regardless. That said, if you plan, you can get better quality dinners. Tender meat with the seasoning inside instead of hot enough to kill germs and palatable. My Instant Pot is great, may use it tomorrow since I'm off and Amazon has me thinking about it, but where it says off big is in quality, not necessarily speed. It's also built well and simple, sobriety is not a requirement for operation. And the steam release is sure to make nervous types uncomfortable.
