I love this dishwasher. I love that it has a tank because my kitchen is set up in a way that makes it difficult to get the dishwasher close enough to the sink to hook it up. I keep it on my kitchen table and let it drain into a stock pot that I keep on a chair. The tiny challenge is that I can't fill up the tank quickly because the water splashes all over if I try to pour it in too quickly. I assume it takes way less time than it would to cart it over to the sink and hook it up, though. The tank needs to be filled 3 times with a 1.8 liter pitcher. I originally wondered why it didn't come with a larger pitcher so you only had to fill it up once. But a big pitcher would be much heavier. It would be too heavy for some people, particularly anyone elderly. I can use my kitchen sink while it's running because it's not hooked up to it. And I can run it at the same time as the washing machine or shower. I like the window. The dishwasher usually cleans very well. I had trouble once but determined it was because a large pot lid was blocking some of the other dishes. Dishes can come out a little dirty occasionally but it's usually fine. The normal setting leaves some spots on glass items sometimes but that's not a big deal to me. I haven't used the glass setting before and I may never use it because it's not something I need. So I don't know how well that works. There isn't a basket but the silverware rack seems to hold small objects securely. I put the little pieces from my Instant Pot on top of the rack and put the little cup shaped "anti-block shield" over the littlest rubbery piece to hold it in place so it doesn't get lost. I'm not sure if the drying feature really works. I usually run the dishwasher before I leave the house and come back to it many hours later, and the dishes are usually pretty wet. I did just wash one large mixing bowl on its own and took it out right away and it was dry. So I don't know if it stays wet because of things like the inverted mug bottoms collecting water or if the dishes are perhaps initially dried but become wet again from condensation if they sit too long. I unload the dishes onto my drying rack and then put them away after they air dry so it's not a problem. A full load fits into a drying rack with few problems. The dishwasher was packaged well and arrived in good condition. (I load trucks at FedEx and I know what packages go through so I can appreciate the quality of the packaging, haha.) This last note isn't about this specific product really, but it's important to me. My mental health has improved so much over the last few months of having this dishwasher. I don't like doing dishes, and am perpetually physically exhausted from work. My kitchen has always been covered in overwhelming dirty dishes meaning I can't use the space at all and have always had no clean dishes to cook with. Now that I have a dishwasher I can keep on top of the dishes. I only do dishes for myself and find that I can keep up by running it once a day because it holds very little. (This is good because it means I don't wrestle with terribly dried on food because dishes are washed they day they get dirty.) I find I can handle washing a few pots and pans by hand (they won't fit in the washer) if I've got the dishwasher to do the little stuff. Between the dishwasher and my recent Instant Pot purchase, I'm able to eat better quality food and eat more regularly. I'm also enjoying cooking for the first time in a long time. All this has been amazing for my depression.

I’m very impressed with this machine. The hardest part about its operation is pouring water through the top without missing the mark, which isn’t hard for the record. Detergent: there is a little indent in the door where you can pour powder/liquid detergent. It just dumps into the main chamber when you close the door, so it really serves as a quick and easy measuring cup built into the door. PODS are approved for use by the manual, but NO RINSE AID. Noise: this machine is actually pretty damn quiet. I’ve heard loud dishwashers before and this baby is quiet. I will hear it running from the other room but it’s pleasantly quiet and ignorable just like most decent, modern full size machines. Cleaning power: I’m pleased with it. I had a cup I left out for too long with some syrup from evaporated soda pop stuck to the bottom, cleaned right out. Small stainless steel pet food bowl I put my cat’s raw meat food into came out clean, which I was surprised by since it usually has a few speckles of dried up gunk that are harder to scrub out. Random stuff: Drain house is 60 inches long, the optional water hookup being about the same. Manual is easy enough to read with the broken English kept to minimum while making you laugh now and then when it comes along.

We bought this for our apartment in the city that doesn’t have a built-in dishwasher. It’s an awesome sleek countertop dishwasher with no sink hookup necessary, which I have not seen before. It does give you a hook up option if you would like. You simply plug it in, pour water into the dispenser and press start. It’s pretty cool to watch the cycle through the glass window and I must say, it’s very quiet. Looks great and is very light and portable. My wife also appreciated the baby care function as she likes to use non-toxic detergent pods to wash our toddler’s plates and sippy cups. She also plans to use it to sterilize and steam our baby's bottles as well.

I just love this in my RV. Now I know my dishes are clean and sanitized!!! Smaller than all the other ones so it fit on my counter top without taking up so much space and I didn’t have to modify my water faucet as I can just pour 5 liters in the top and it heats up the water and washes without a direct water hookup. Was well worth a little extra money!

This dishwasher has exceeded my expectations. Very good pressure and was happy to see it had a bottom and top sprayer. I will be permanently plumbing into my new camper. A little pricey but the only one that will fit under my sink in the rv. The last thing you want to do at the lake is dishes, Thank you Farberware.

When I got this Farberware Dishwasher, I was happy! When I tried it out for the first time, I was totally amazed at its performance!! Five cycles; Glass, Normal, Baby Care, Rapid & Fruit. Forced Air Drying Heats final rinse Water to 165 degrees to Sanitize dishes No installation. Just hook up to faucet or pour hot water from top. Machine beeps rapidly to let you know that it has enough water in tank. Add dishwasher detergent. Plug into house current. Holds 2 placxe4 settings. Indentation for detergent. No rinse agent dispenser. Great for small kitchens, l-bedroom apartments RV's or wherever space is at a minimum for full-size machines! So far, I like the machine. It gets the dishes really clean & sanitized! plus there's a built-in fan that dries the load when it's done!

This is hands down the item I’m happiest with from my pandemic purchasing phase. Living in an historic building with no space for a dishwasher meant I was getting very very tired of all the dishes generated during stay at home. It’s genuinely saved me so much time. The unit takes up the same unit of counter space as my dish rack did, washes dishes as well as or better than a large unit, and is fairly quiet-about average for a dishwasher. It fits a surprising number of dishes. At first I filled it with the included pitcher. Takes very little time, but it is the one design flaw-water splashes around the opening. Use a funnel if you go this route. I eventually found a connector for the sink that has a moveable section and looks as though it’s part of the faucet. Super quick to screw in the hose, stick the drainage hose in the sink and be done. I’ve been using cascade complete pods, which is a lot of soap for a small unit, but easy amd works great. It cleans so well it’s been polishing copper items I put in it as well as flatware. It’s a long cycle so I’ll often start it at night and just turn off the water when I wake up. Dishes come out mostly dry, with some moisture in cup bottoms just like a regular dish washer may have. The filter is easy to clean, and means you don’t have to prewash items. I rinse them and load. No more dishes waiting in the sink. It’s done a good job with small pans too. Didn’t like the silverware rack at first since it doesn’t fit my flatware but now I lay them on top between the spikes and am used to it. Let’s you load more dishes than a basket would. A surprise is how much I like the fruit wash cycle. I use it whenever I shop and works great for most produce. This unit is more expensive than others but completely worth it. Intelligent design, more attractive than the norm, and a much smaller footprint if you have little counter space as I do. It sprays water very strongly from below but also from the top and dishes come out super clean. I’ve yet to have to rewash anything. I love that it’s not an ugly monstrosity sitting on my counter amd the hoses tuck easily behind when not in use. The fact that it has its own water tank means it can be placed anywhere-genius. If you’re debating, spend the extra and get this one. It will change your kitchen life if you’ve been having to hand wash dishes for awhile or have to deal with a compact kitchen.

I got this after first trying one of the Danby models that were just too massive for my small kitchen counter. Plus I like the fact that this doesn't have to be hooked up to the kitchen sink. I have been living in this new, dishwasher-less, apartment for over a month now. I have back problems and it's painful to stand at the kitchen sink doing dishes. Even though I had some paper plates and cups the dirty ones were still piling up. I have done 3 loads so far and just love it! I danced around the kitchen a bit when the first load started. However, I encountered a big problem due to my failure to set it up properly. The diagram on the manual shows the drainage and inlet valves as opposite knobs so I put a drainage hose on the wrong side. I did not use the inlet hose but rather filled at the tank. Needless to say, water went everywhere on the first load. But even that wasn't the worst of it. I got the E4 error code re the water. I fixed the hose and it would not go away. I turned it off at the fuse box like google said to do but it did not reset the machine. I was calling handymen who are very expensive, thinking this would be the only way I could ever use it again. When I happened to try one last video on youtube. It said to tip it on its side and the excess water will come out. And ouila! It reset!! SO IF YOU GET AN E4 ERROR CODE TIP THE MACHINE ON ITS SIDE UNTIL THE EXCESS DRAINS OUT. I am so happy I got this and I highly recommend it if you want small & compact but big enough for several meals plates, etc. I'm almost caught up on my dirty dishes.

Very happy with my new dish washer. My coffee mugs, flatware & plates came out spotless & unit is quiet, but does beep when load is finished. I like the interior light & display shows you the water temperature and running time left. The glass door lets you see if any obstruction has occurred while in operation. Be warned that the labels in the instructions on the hose connections are flipped. The drawings are correct, but the water intake hose is labeled as the drain, and the drain hose is labeled as the water intake hose in the instructions. Be sure to really tighten the drain clamp to prevent water leakage. It only takes a small loose connection to leak water. When the drain pump kicks in, it is a forceful start, so make sure that clamp is secure. Righty tighty, lefty loosey with that screw on the clamp. I am using the manual pour method to add water to the tank. Use a large funnel to help get your water in the tank. You won't have water spill everywhere this way. When the tank is full, the water icon will start flashing so stop adding water, and watch to see if the icon turns off. The unit will beep 3 or 4 times when full and the water icon flashes & then turns off. Press START & watch the the water fill the machine.

This dishwasher works great! Yes, it is “small” but it’s not a full size dishwasher. Bought this to use in travel trailer, and so far it’s working out amazing. To the reviews that said it leaked: first- you have to be using the correct detergent. I saw a review that had a ton of suds inside which is an indication of improper detergent. Dishwasher detergent doesn’t get bubbly or foamy. Also, it needs to be in a very level surface. If you open the door when it’s running and full of water you can see that water level comes right to the top before it could possibly spill out, so if it’s leaning forward even a little then I could see it “leaking” you have to make sure the drain hose is attached to the correct spout on the back (directions are wrong as others have indicated) and you need to tighten it down with the included hardware. Yes this unit does have a drain pump but it does say the drain needs to be lower than the dishwasher itself so all of the water will exit the hose. I plan to install the drain permanently into the sink drain pipe as this has a typical dishwasher drain hose end. Make sure to leave the door open after each cycle for a while so the remaining water inside will evaporate. If you can accept the limitations of the unit and by that it’s really the size, and if you install/maintain it properly it will be great for you. I absolutely love it for what it is.
