I've used these a few times now and they work great. I'm in the Everglades so it's about 1000 square miles of mushy swamp. I can't imagine that any other recovery board that costs 2-3 times more would work much better. I have a 4Runner but I've also used these on several other vehicles to get them out of the mud and they work like a champ. I like the way they stack together and the bag they come in is not the highest quality but good enough and especially handy to put the muddy boards in so you don't get mud in the truck and can then wash them off at home.

Nice product, seems like a very good value compared to others and even comes with a storage bag if you need that. I constructed a simple bumper rack for my Sprinter and utilized the molded-in holes to secure.

Haven’t tried it yet, but love the color. Seem well made and hope are as tough like the ones in videos I watched testing another clone brand against maxtrax. Packaging arrived looking like the delivery driver had tested them out tho. Totally shredded. Fits nice in Thule Cascade box. Edit. Finally got to try them out. I used them in conjunction with a recovery strap to pull a front wheel drive toyota tercel whose rear end was was deep in a snow bank. (Definitely required shoveling, too.) I was pulling in reverse, uphill on packed-powder, unmaintained forest service road with my Subaru Forester, and had no luck on the first yank. So, tried again with these boards. They gave the Toyota enough front wheel traction to be of assistance, and I pulled it right out. Not a mark on them after using. There was no way it was coming out without these! Recommend! I carry them in my cargo box.

Love the price of these traction boards. After using them once, I can see stress marks in the plastic, but it held up. It worked the first time out with no problems. I figure that for the price, I can buy 4 sets of these and still not Pay as much as the big name brand traction boards

I bought these fully expecting that they’d stay in the bag for the foreseeable future. Seattle weather had a different idea and I found myself pulling them out for several drivers who were stuck on our hilly, icy roads. They worked just as advertised on everything from a Prius to a big ole pickup truck. I doubt the manufacturer planned for repeated uses on concrete, so I don’t hold the wear and tear against them- in fact, when it comes time to replace them, I won’t hesitate to order these again. Great value for a sturdy, well made product.

So exciting to get these! Initial thoughts are they are nearly the exact same quality of the big brands as I have owned them in the past( ended up loosing them in the dunes). I wouldn’t hesitate to expect these to perform exactly the same. From the looks they have a similar style to the tred brand so I will try to see if there mounting hardware is compatibility. Trying these bad boys out in the snow tonight! Will update review with some snow pics soon.

Great boards, especially at the price point they are. The plastic is much more sturdy and better quality than expected. Even if these last me 1-2 years at moderate recreational use, I could buy them 2 more times before they exceed the costs of a name brand recovery board. That’s 6 years of use without breaking the bank.

Not sure how long these will hold up, but they appear sturdy and look great for the price. If the work for even one recovery, I feel I will have got my money worth! They also come with bags to store them in your car which is nice. I would definitely purchase them again as they are a fraction of the price of others...

Quality so far. Didnt help me out o my situation but that was my fault. Im sure given the right circumstances they would have worked. Not any worse than the sets that cost 4 times as much.

Price is good, they seem solid enough for a few recoveries before they fail. Used once already on snow/ice, they helped enough.
