This is a hole punch for ballers and shot callers
The best way to sum up this hole punch is simple: It's the Cadillac of hole punchers. Look, I'd never thought I would be sitting here ranting and raving over a hole puncher. It's a hole puncher, right? Wrong. It's Swingline so you know it's quality. It has a little ruler on it, so you can measure your paper or use it for straight edge. This hole puncher will punch holes and punch holes through paper like none-other. What about those little messy round piece of paper left over? Ha! No more with your baller-status Swingline Hole punch. I've went through reams and reams of paper and still haven't seen one single leftover circle escape the grasp of this high end hole puncher. Buying this hole puncher, at first, it was something I regretted. I had buyer's remorse and almost canceled my order initially. It's a little on the expensive side, obviously. But from the moment I opened up the package, and laid eyes on this beautiful peice of American craftsmanship, I knew I had made the right choice. Before long, I was the envy of the office. Even the guy going through his mid-life crisis and recently bought a high end BMW, -- he was jealous of this gangster no holds bar hole punch. This is a hole puncher for ballers and shot callers. If you want to go and buy one of those weak hole punches from Wally World for $3, go ahead you pleb, but if you want to become an overnight executive -- get this hole punch --- If you do, all of your dreams will come true.

LOVE
I have a weird obsession with office supplies, (ya I know). Any I lost my small 3 hole punch moving. Was so sad and defeated by having to use a one hole punch for tons of papers, either that or just shoving the paper into the binder and making awful holes. Oh good just thinking of it raises my anxiety. This 3 punch is PERFECT. 20 pages at once?! CHECK! Convenient and easy to use I don't have to sit there with my one hole and try to jam that through more than 2 pages ( which of course I did try). It was a rough few weeks, but can finally rest easy knowing I have this for all my punching needs! Recommended.........I mean unless you hate office products (which means your the devil), and would love a stressful time using any other product!

Surprised at the performance for the price!
When I ordered this, I was concerned that this product might not measure up because of the lower price compared to other 40+ page, highly rated hole punches, but decided to save the money and ordered the Swingline over the Bostitch and the Carl models that I looked at. Today, it was used to prepare a number of appliance and tool owner's manuals for a 3 ring binder, including a 45 sheet (90 page) manual. It cut the holes with little effort, so I am pleased with the product. The owner's manual wasn't on very heavy paper. The booklet barely fit in the paper guide, but easily cut the holes all the way through with only a hint of a ragged hole on the bottom. Using regular printer paper, this will probably be 35 to 40 sheets. I also cut another manual of 20 sheets, and it cut like soft butter, and clean as could be. I hope this helps if you're comparing to pricier 40 page models.

Great Hulk hole punch.
Wow, I love this hole punch. It is so easy to use and I have been able to hold punch all my kids Lifepac homeschool books which are anywhere from 50 to 90 pages. I’m so happy to have a properly engineered hole punch! Almost bought a cheaper one but so glad I did not. Swingline might just get my business on more office products more often. I see now why in Office Space why that dude was so obsessed with his Swingline stapler Lol, it probably made him feel like he was magical like this hole punch make me feel like the Hulk.

Makes Life Easier 5++++
Opened the box for this and was immediately impressed with the quality. This is super sturdy and SO convenient. It really works as described. You delivered above and beyond with this one, Swingline. I don't know how I did without this... seriously. I honestly look forward to hole punching now. I used to hate dealing with those annoying half, punched holes that I would carefully try to finish cutting off and instead end up ripping the whole paper. ARGH! So frustrating. But thankfully that's behind me now. This hole puncher is actually really easy to push down on, fits many papers, and doesn't spill paper circ-lies all over the floor. Wish I could give this a million stars.

Works great and looks good on desk
Works great and looks good on desk. You cant ask for more from a reasonably priced product than to do it's job and to look good. The reduced effort is not a marketing scheme it is easier to punch through 10 sheets than the old model that this replaced. The Swingline Desktop Hole Punch, Precision Pro, 2 - 3 Holes, Adjustable Centers, 10 Sheets (74037) has adjustable punch settings and is great if you don't use it too much. Eventually the adjustable punches become loose and have to be constantly re-tightened. Also this model has more leverage making it take less force to do the same job.

Perfect for a home office that has little space
This is the perfect 3 hole punch for a collage student or a small home office. We have a larger 3 hole punch that we had previously purchased, but it is in storage while our new home is being built. We needed another 3 hole punch because we are working from our small temporary apartment due to COVID and don't have much room. This find was a pleasant surprise. It works well, is both smaller and lighter than our other 3 hold punch and because of the locking feature, can be stored easily when not in use. This last part matter is the very limited space, my wife and I are working in from a 1 bedroom apartment. Good product and well built. Highly recommended

"Let me punch you," said the person to the document.
I always wanted a mammoth hole punch, and now I've got one. I am a college student and print out reams of documents, of course. I had a 5-page punch for years, and it took forever to get my notebooks organized. Then one fine day, I accidentally dropped it, and one of the pins got damaged. Oh, I was so happy. I finally had an excuse to buy my mammoth hole punch. Notebook organization has become far less time-consuming. Phew! I would absolutely recommend this to college students, as well as business people.

It’s easy to use
Swingline is a staple of office supply product brands and this little 3-hole punch lives up to its brand. It’s easy to use, is low-force just as advertised, and is pre-set for an 8.5 x 11 size sheet so there is no guess work; it comes ready to use right out of the box. One feature that I especially like is the little locking mechanism that gives it a low profile making it easier to store. As far as the 12-sheet capacity claim, I have not yet tried it with that many sheets yet but yesterday I punched 10 sheets at one time and it went right through them with no problem. I have no doubt that it will punch 12 with just as much ease, possibly even a few more than that. I recommend this product to anyone looking to purchase a 3-hole light duty punch.

For power punchers
I edit my own books by hand. At about 100 pages per book, on single sided pages, I need to do a lot of hole punching. This puncher is great... ...except I have issues lining the paper up and wish there was an easier way to keep the paper in place during the punch process, maybe with clips. I have to use both hands to punch through paper (I am not strong and I load the puncher to the max) and clips would let me use both hands to punch through the paper. I’m going to start using a weight to keep the paper in place. The lock function is helpful for saving space. The base stores a lot of chads and is easy to empty out.
